Flooring - Plaza Ontario Marble & Tile Inc.

I bought four different tile for our Reno and they screwed up every one. The grout they sold me was terrible. Contractor get the good stuff and the public gets garbage. They tried to set me up for failure but I am an excellent tile setter. They gave me the wrong tile twice and the wrong color grout once. The lasted order was short by 13 sq ft. The manager was suppose to call me for some sort of compensation but never did. I spent $2000 in their store and thought I'd get professional products. Instead the staff probably have never installed a tile in their life and are sadly clueless. I rate them 0 stars. I don't know how they stay in business. Stay away.

I was shopping for a new laminate flooring. after checking out Lowe's and Costco I stopped by this place before I go to Home Depot. GUESS WHAT??? NOT only that I got a laminate floor that is over 12mm thick and 30years of warranty I also got superior customer service and price that other 2 stores could not match. This guys are amazing. GO THERE YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.

When I was in the process of buying my first home, in 2017, there were so many decisions to make, there were times that it felt overwhelming. I was fortunate that the builder for my condo building, Petretta (who also do extraordinary work!), chose to work with Plaza Ontario. I was extra fortunate to work with Jennica Gabales. She was knowledgeable and patient with a great eye for design. Thank you Plaza Ontario, and Jennica, for a great experience. My home turned out beautifully and a large part of that was the flooring chosen, thanks to all of the selection available at your store, and, Jennica's guidance.

We had carpet installed in December and have on going problems since. Communication in all forms was awful - emails, phone calls not returned by anyone - sales, manager etc. The carpet was installed incorrectly and opposite of what was agreed upon by the person who came to quote. Our credit card was charged without permission. Invoices were not provided for deposits and were made up afterwards with incorrect dates. We are currently still trying to resolve the issue and hoping that things are made right. We like to support local business in Windsor and haven’t ever had to write a bad review. I wouldn’t want someone to end up in the same position as us.

So my house is 3 years old and they installed my shower in my master suite ...the tile is leaking underneath the shower....lucky our basement is unfinished....after talking with the owner they said its the framers fault - they will not repair anything or take responsibility - DO NOT USE THEM TO INSTALL YOUR TILE WORK !!!!!

Terrible Experience, my builder used this company and it was awful. They put the wrong floor down in two different rooms, and then asked if I could live with it. Didn't order hardwoods for my mastered room and asked if I was OK with carpet or quarter round. They had to come back multiple times to fix their mistakes. They didn't level my shower floor so had to tear it back up and start again. The installer did not care about my home and had 0 respects for me or my home. Wore his shoes in my home on my hardwoods, did a rush job. I would never let them back into my home, or the home of my enemy. They ordered the wrong tile twice as well, had to replace 2 planks of hardwoods which they did a terrible job of and i had to sit there and scrub off the excess glue. There installer couldn't caulk if his life depended on it. They left grout holes in my shower that i had to silicone number the step. They had to come back to replace a broken tile, re-grout several locations throughout the home. Re-caulk several locations in the home. I had a round corner and they went past the round corner with the tile for the tub and you could see the back of the tile. they had to come back and cut this and fix there obvious mistake. Not to mention that i adjuster home claims for an insurance company and give $250,000-$500,000 in floor a year to great flooring companies in Windsor. They had a golden opportunity to impress me and possible me hundreds of thousands of dollars.To Sum it up in 5 words: A JOKE OF A COMPANY(with a few decent people working there, would be unfair of me to not acknowledge the few people that were not totally awful).

The customer service that Miro and Marko provided was outstanding!This company went above and beyond to take care of our needs. They exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Plaza Ontario.

This company was responsible for installing the flooring in our new home. Poor quality product and installation staff.Hardwood flooring throughout home has required replacement twice in two years (entire floor). Plaza has been an absolutely headache to deal with. Instead of accepting responsibility and making things right, they blame the subcontractors they hire.Home was built in June of 2016 and as of writing this review, there is still work to be completed and I am out of pocket for some expenses. The remainder of the repairs will need to be carried out going through Tarion.I would absolutely shop somewhere else.

This company is 100% the wrong people anyone could ever want to do business with. Not only are they over priced in the market any chance they get to take advantage they capitalize on, that is why all these reviews for instillation are so poor because they have repeatedly ripped off any and every installer in the city that is any good. I warn everyone to avoid shopping there.I would rate them at negative 3 stars but 1 Star is the minimum.
