Brian at Habitat Home Inspections was recommended to us by our realtor and I must say he was the best choice we could have made. Brian is friendly and professional. He is very thorough and informative. He took the time to walk through the house with us to explain his findings and sent us a very thorough report detailing the complete inspection. He gave us information about the home and things to keep in mind. He even took the time the next day to call us to ask if we had any questions. It was a pleasure meeting Brian and working with him on our home inspection.

Brian was excellent to work with during the inspection of our new home. His experience and expertise taught us a great deal about how different items and systems work in the house, which is very helpful before moving in. He found several items that needed to be repaired and noted what would require ongoing maintenance in the future, which was also very helpful. Brian absolutely knocks the inspection and report out of the park. I don't think there are any other inspectors that do this quality of a job. We knew every single detail about the home! Brian walked us through the entire property after the inspection and answered every question we had. The final report had detailed notes, photos, and even video of lines he sent a camera down. Brian helped me with a recent home purchase by performing an inspection on my turn of century house under contract. He recommended a sewer line inspection due to the age of the house and original clay pipes that are often not yet updated. I'm so glad I followed his recommendation! The line was almost completely obstructed, and with Brian's report and video I was able to negotiate the sewer line replacement before closing.
