Very Disappointed. Tom was recommended to me at the Tillsonburg location. I called and asked him to order a battery for a Nexus 6P for replacement. Made arrangements to drop it off the next morning. He used pry tools on my mint, pristine phone only to find out he ordered the wrong battery. He puts the old battery in that turns out was leaking battery acid and shutting down my phone at 60%. He said the new battery was on back-order, but yet I managed to use his competitor Mobile Mend to replace the battery today. Mobile Mend used a razor blade to open the panels, therefore leaving no further scars and marks. Very disappointed with my experience with Tom.

The prices, service, quality of craftsmanship, and environment are all 10/10. I could not be happier with the repair made to my device!
