I had a haircut appointment and I was running late. They were so kind as to accommodate me even after 15 minutes late. The lady that did my hair was great and made sure it was up to par with my standards, also not expensive at all. 10/10

I showed them a photo of what I wanted. (It was round curtain bangs and long layers.) instead they gave me SO many short layers and short curtain bangs i look like I’m balding I absolutely hate it. The lady with the red curly hair sure doesn’t know how to cut hair I was very clear I wanted round bangs and long layers. She made it very confusing of what she was going to do. She also didn’t pay that much attention to my hair while cutting it. She was very distracted. If I could rate this place lower I would. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I used to just walk into any salon in a mall and just get a hair cut from any available stylus.. sometimes it works out, sometimes I need to pay another stylus to fix a bad hair cut. A few years ago I was recommended Victoria Hair & Beauty and I have been using them ever since. I find they offer a very good service for a very good price.

Two korean ladies work in this places and they have pretty good skills. I go here with my son and we are regular costumers. It's good to cut hair in this place.

Customer service is amazing but skill is zero. I can tell the tall lady knows how to cut everything but not hair. I never ever wanted to cry so badly after I got a hair cut from her. Highly suggest to stay away from this salon.

Talented stylist at a rock bottom price! All you curly, wavy hair people, look no further. If a stylist knows how to cut curly/wavy hair, it's an absolute that she/he will do an excellent job with straight hair.$25+GST for a wash, cut, and style is an amazing deal for someone who knows what they are doing. I'm done with downtown, high end salons!!Both stylists have low English proficiency. Unless you speak Korean, make sure you have several pictures from all angles of the style you want. Be patient since it takes several visits for a stylist to know how your hair grows.

My husband and I have been coming to this hair salon for 3 years and I am always super satisfied with the results. The ladies are so kind and gives excellent customer experience. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to do their hair :)
