Ray Roussy Mechanical, Heating & Cooling

Ray was one of the most helpful technicians I've ever met! He swooped in and saved the day when our boiler broke down and another HVAC company left us completely in the lurch. Their 2 technicians couldn't figure out what was wrong and Ray figured out the problem within 30 minutes and had it fixed within another 2 hours. He then stayed to ensure that everything was working properly and in that time discovered other issues with the boiler that previous technicians had let slide. He was super skilled and knowledgeable but most of all compassionate, he didn't want to leave us until he knew that we would have a fully functional boiler and that we understood how to prevent problems in the future. He doesn't do patchy band-aid solutions. He finds the heart of the problem and addresses it. I will absolutely use his services from now on and would recommend him to anyone. A perfect professional and solid human being.

Called Ray to install a new hot water tank as mine blew in the morning. He was at my house first thing the next morning putting in a new tank. His price was the best and he was able to do it next day when other contractors were saying it would be 2-3 days. Will be using Ray for any of my heating and cooling needs in the future. I've known Ray for a long time. Prices are very reasonable for the kind of work he puts out. I've worked for him know many winters as I'm busy in the summer . Nothing but knowledge and quality out this man. He is very picky about his work because he likes to deliver the best results. Hands down Ray is the one of the best in the hvac business.

We called Ray for a second opinion after we originally got an inspection done on our furnace from one of the “bigger” companies. We were told from the bigger company that we had a crack in the furnace, the built on humidifier was broken, and that the furnace was 14-15 years old and on it’s last legs... the part would cost upwards of $1000-1500 to fix and therefore not worth it. We paid about $130+ for the visit and inspection.Had Ray in to inspect it a week later (after a referral) and turns out the furnace is fine, no cracks or leaks after checking thoroughly, the part isnt needed but if we wanted to replace it (noisy) it would be $100-200 max, NOT $1000+.He also was able to unblock and fix the humidifier in a matter of minutes and didnt charge anything for this. Hard to believe we were just about to spend thousands to either get it fixed or get a new furnace... Ray is honest and will not charge you insane markups for anything. His prices for new furnaces and such are also very competitive. We will be turning to him for any heating/cooling needs from now on, and we also learned he does plumbing and other stuff too. A hidden gem, we highly recommend him! Call on him before you call on any of those other big companies.

I was referred to Ray by a friend. Our A/C wasn't working and I called Ray. He picked up when I first called, and came out the same day. He was able to give me an idea of what the problem was, along with the cost of the repair. He was spot on with his diagnostic. He also showed me some ways to be more energy efficient with our vents and pointed out our furnace air filter wasn't the right kind - and was hampering air flow. All in all - a fabulous experience. I have a handful of business cards so that I can spread the word! HIGHLY recommend.

Ray is an extremely nice guy, wow! He took time out of his day to help me when my car battery decided to die!! He was amazing at driving me to get a new battery and installed with! I would highly recommend him and his services!!! Ray thank you so much, you are amazing!!!

We rebuilt our home and because of that purchased a new gas furnace, gas water heater and gas appliances. He came and checked everything out to ensure we got our inspection approved. Wish we had found him sooner in the process. He also recommended and installed an air conditioner that was everything he said it would be and worked so efficiently that I didn't even notice the extra cost on my electricity bill.He came back in the cooler weather and re-checked all the gas appliances and showed us the things we needed to watch for with regards to the maintenance of our furnace and water heater. My furnace gave out late in the night. Ray promptly responded to my call and was out to inspect the unit within 30 minutes. He walked me through the issues and layed out all my options. I decided to replace the unit due to it's age and wear and tear. Ray had the whole unit removed and the new furnace installed by afternoon the next day. Great service, great prices; I'll be recommending him to everyone in need of heating/cooling services.

Ray Roussy Mechanical went above and beyond, helping out my family in a nightmare situation. Ray was quick to respond, professional, and managed to deal with a very tricky situation in order to get our heater situation resolved. We also hired him back to help with the install of a microwave exhaust vent. He was punctual, honest and a fantastic communicator. Would highly recommend.
