Great sandwiches, i had sub at 4AM and the night crew made it perfect . Awesom and delicious.Thanks

I asked for a specific sauce and the employee put a different sauce, as it was the replacement for it apparently. I told them I had allergies and needed confirmation that the new sauce did not contain a specific allergen. They confirmed it did not. I am at home right now having a (thankfully) subtle anaphylaxis response to the food right now. You guys NEED to know the products you're serving and provide a heads up that certain ingredients have been replaced or added with the new menu... I've reached out to support with a complaint. I don't even want a voucher or anything. There needs to be better training because if not for my access to an epipen I could've been hospitalized or worse...

We asked for extra vegetables, green pepper, onion, and tomato. He said they they can't do it. They're not allowed, too. Every subway I/we have ever been to would do it for us. After eating our subs, maybe it was better that he didn't allow our request. The tomatoes and green peppers were very soft, almost mushy like. Definitely at their expirery date. When we spend $38+ for two subs, one would expect fresh toppings. We will pass on this location in the future. Next time we want subs, we will go to our favorite Mr. Sub.

This is our favourite Subway restaurant, and we were regular customer. Today the person was not compassionate rather showed attitude that needs special attention from management. May be she is not trained properly.

Consistent & much better than most Subways.Bread is much fluffier & soft.Cookies are always soft and tasty.Service is good & restaurant is clean:)

The sandwiches are made with care and are absolutely amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff, my favourite are Hardie and Dixit, they are friendly and do their best to make the sandwiches you have in your thoughts ..:))

This was one of our most favourite restaurants and we come as often as almost every other day.Unfortunately, today Monday the 22 May 2023- 10.45 pm we were served by one of the worst servers in Canada. She didn’t change her gloves before handing my veggie sandwich and when I asked her for a customized order, she completely said no- she can not do it.As I told her that this restaurant servers always did it for us before she screamed at us and said- “I must talk to my managers so they don’t accommodate people like you anymore. I will put a stop to it.”If this owner Keeps this server for long this restaurant will run out of their business very soon.

I've been to this subway hundreds of times because I live not-to-far from here and used to be a student of St. Agatha (literally down the road). I'm not so sure that all of these 1 star reviews are actually real reviews from the restaurant, as I know the staff and although they come and go they're always great and friendly to me, my siblings, and friends. Some of them even go out of their way to remember your orders if you've been a few times and tip them well.Never have I seen them argue or be at all rude to anyone. The restaurant is well clean, although some customers are quite rude as after lunch they leave their garbage around, but its usually cleaned up quickly by the staff if they're not too busy.Overall I would recommend going here; the staff is great and friendly, great food, bread is often made daily meaning rarely do you get stale bread like other subways, its in a quite safe area, and the food tastes amazing.~A kid with hope

This place would be one of the better subway locations, I often find myself ordering a crispy chicken bacon ricebowl with double meat and every time I tend to have a good interaction with the employees. The people working here on June 6th at 5:29pm in the afternoon shift were super kind. I forgot to mention that I wanted rice and they added it without any issue. They were very welcoming and provided a genuinely good customer service experience

I have been to this location few times, The food is hit and miss most of the times as I can not depend on them as I had bad sandwiches as well as good sandwiches at times and bad in terms of main ingredient not cooked properly in the sense that it is not thawed properly or heated properly etc, the staff is also good. but there was this one incident that happened on weekend and because of that I do not go to this location anymore, That time I had ordered a sandwich from Subway app and I went to the store to pick it up and the guy said that they do not have eggs available so I can not get the sandwich and then instead of offering me another sandwich of the same size and mostly same kind of price the guy called the Manager and asked what to do and whomever he talked to on the phone must have asked the guy that who is the customer(In terms of Origin or Ethnicity) and since the staff is Indian and so am I the employee said on the phone that the customer is Indian so the employee was told(from the person on the other line of the call) to cancel the order rather than offering another sandwich option so they cancelled the order and then obviously I went to another location and that location did not have the egg sandwich as well and the employee(If it matters this employee was of Indian origin as well) working at that location did not call anyone and just offered me another sandwich option and that is called customer service. so this location needs better management for sure as It should not matter what origin I am they could have handled this situation well, and talking about being Indian this restaurants full staff and the owner is also Indian and they should know how many Indian people lives in Scarborough and if this is their attitude towards their Indian customers" I applaud them for neglecting that many potential customers. I am still giving them 2 stars as I did have few good sandwiches and they are open 24*7 so that is also a kind of positive."
