The driver was at the wrong address, yet insisted that I was somehow wrong and was upset. When she did arrive, she yelled at my friend that I should call a different service and drove away. Terrible service. Go elsewhere.

Called and legit hung up on us, needed a ride from port Elgin to Southampton, left us walking in the cold to finally pick up the call to come pick us up. Hung up over 8 times, horrible service.

Drove for Rob in 2015, recorded him….When I wanted to do my taxes and pay the government, I got a hard time from Rob wouldn’t give info… and he never got back. It's important cause taxes help pay for many important things.I think that's wrong.Drivers my feel they are not always treated fairly…When I got the new car every morning… 90% of time it was dirty. So I payed out of my pocket. Rob said I had to out of my pocket or don’t drive. Hey there’s white powdery stuff, this is very dangerous job!Rob held back a pass port of person who lived out with him because Rob had a problem with him. I recorded cause Rob is out of control. Control freak?All I can do is make the best of the rest of my day.

This is the only cab company in this area that actuallytake's your call or even to bother to pick you up. So for obvious reasons they are busy so make sure you call way ahead of time. My favorite driver is Sam and I also just met Robet, very nice guy. Oh and don't forget your cash because it is all they take for payment ;)

Great taxi service (they are VERY busy because they have great service) so be patient! They even helped me move apartments at one point, great people!

Work only in cash. When we booked the cab they said different prices and when it was time to pay in car to taxi driver they charged way higher then decided. Overall, they are having good service. Taxi arrived on time at perfect location and dropped off at perfect location. Keep up the good service. Just to manage the pricing though..

So I spoke to a very racist lady this morning it was wonderful.. just take in I could sue you for emotional distress I can sue you for discrimination
