Excellent experience. We had a installed on our front porch glass enclosure and glass railings. Jon and company are fast, efficient and detailed in their installation. By far the most reasonable quote we got. Jon was very professional and answered a lot of my questions. They arrived in the time frame and the crew was great. They cleaned up after the installation and I can say this was the best, most professional and respectful companies we have worked with.

We absolutely love our porch enclosure! Jon and his crew were terrific to work with. We received a quote for the enclosure within 24 hours of requesting one. Then we met with Jon at the showroom, where he walked us through the products and the process. They did a beautiful job installing the enclosure and we couldn’t be happier. I hired John to install a complete glass perimeter fence in my backyard, a frosted glass door for my bar in my basement and a complete front patio porch glass and railing system. This was a large job that John completed in a timely fashion with perfection. John’s design and installation team are second to none! I got my Porch enclosure done from ARM , I did observe them from time I placed the order till the work was finished. Jon , his Son and other members of his team are excellent at their work, they know what they are doing, They explain everything before they start. I would not hesitate recommending them for work as they are professionals and honest. Keep up the great work ARM you guys need more then 5 star.

I chose this place after reading the great reviews that were left on their website. However, unfortunately I had a very different experience with them.If you want to order a custom desiged mirror with diamonds grooved on it or a border around it, or anything that is going to basically make your mirror custom made, this is not the right place for you!They don't have time for you! They spit out prices that don't make sense, they even contradict themselves, and if you ask questions, they do not like it! If you ask them to break down the price to be able to make a better decision about the size and design, they do not like it!Very disappointed with their customer service!
