As a regular at Long Lake Chiropractic, I am enthusiastic about the excellent treatment that I receive that keeps my spine in alignment. Dr. Thomas is kind, caring, and focused on optimal health for his patients. I especially like NUCCA adjustments as they are gentle and effective. Thanks to Dr. Thomas I am perking along just fine for 67 years of age!

Shawn Thomas at Long Lake Chiropractic has worked wonders for my back and is one of the most informed physicians I've ever met. From working labour jobs my whole life my back has always had problems and after doing some sessions with him, for the first time in my life, my back doesn't hurt. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the important information and how to process works and has put in more effort into helping me stay on top of my physical health than any other physician I've visited. If you want someone who will actually care about his patients and put you first, he's the guy to go see.

I have D.I.S.H, a herniated disk, and siatic issues and suffered from a football injury for the past 3 years. I had severe and crippling cramps that went down my entire leg. Constant pain for 3 years. After just 3 treatment I am free from pain, my life has completely changed. I'm looking forward to playing hockey again!

I have been going to Long Lake to see Shawn for more years than I care to admit for back and neck issues. He has given me a quality of life back that I know I wouldn't have without him. No more sciatica, headaches etc., etc. The receptionists are friendly and professional and make you feel at home. It took some coaxing to get me there but it was one of the best decisions I made for my health. Thank you Long Lake Chiropractic !

I started seeing Shawn Thomas 5 yrs. ago when I moved to the island. I was apprehensive at first with the initial expense of the xrays, but at the same time impressed with Shawn's need to see exactly what was going on before he started treatment! I previously had regular chiropractic treatments, acupuncture and physio that just weren't fixing the problem. NUCCA was my fix! I see Shawn once a month for maintenance now. His staff Louise and his receptionist are fantastic! When I have a problem they've always fit me in. That's unusual in this day of medical treatment. I highly recommend Long Lake Chiropractic Centre!

I have been going too Long LAKE Chiropractic Centre for many years.My first visit was with my friend Dr. Dwayne INGRAM who took very good care of me when I couldn't even walk at the time because of a broken neck that I had never got fixed and it finally caught up with me. Now I see Dr, Shawn Thomas who has taken over my care and gets me back in place so I can still move around and have a life! I would like to just thank shawn and the staff for all the years of helping me through all these things thank you!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Shawn’s for many years.I have lived in different places and gone to other methods of treatment to fix my problems. I have always come back to Dr. Shawn. Now I live back on the Island and now have the results I need to finally feel better. Some of my family also are patients as well. He has helped my family tremendously.
