Sunan’s Garden Hot Pot Buffet
Absolutely perfect hot pot experience. This was the first time since my exchange in Chongqing 13 years ago that I've had hot pot that compares.The food was well-laid out, the spice options are great for beginners and experienced alike, and the servers were very friendly and helpful.

They adjusted the table. Now it is more comfortable to seat!Delicious foods and lots of choices. Loved the broth, not crazy salty. I was impressed by the ventilation system. It was absolutely doing an amazing job. My hair and clothes did not get stink at all after a HotPot meal!!

The staff were very friendly and the food was fresh. The buffet was clean and refilled whenever we wanted a specific item. It was a great first time experience. Will be back whenever I come back to Saskatoon.

Sunan’s Garden Hot Pot Buffet
Came here for a quick meal yesterday with my 3 friends, and it wasn’t a great experience for us.Upon arriving, we were greeted by the staff, who were very nice and accommodating (one of the upsides of our meal). They showed us everything on the menu, and how to place an order.We initially asked for 3 different types of broth, and a plate of beef. As we were waiting went over to the buffet. In the buffet, there was a variety of food such as noodles, different types of meat/organs, and vegetables. My biggest problem with the buffet was that it was very badly labeled and unorganized. I mostly had to guess everything I was grabbing. It was also a bit concerning that they had raw meat and organs right beside the vegetables and other food. Quality of the buffet was fine, but definitely not up to standard for what we were charged.When we got our beef and broth, we threw everything into the hotpot and let it simmer, instructions were a bit unclear but it was pretty straightforward. After finishing off the 5 pieces of beef we were given initially, we ordered some more. Unfortunately, the quality of the new meat was very poor, and left a bad taste in our mouths. We were not able to finish it.Atmosphere was very nice, I liked the decorations on the roof and walls. Table could’ve been better designed, but it didn’t bother me.Overall, it was a disappointing experience, but the staff were very kind.

Sunan’s Garden Hot Pot Buffet
We just discovered this hidden jem! We love hot pot so we gave it a try. We were not disappointed. Veggies were fresh, meat was plentiful and no shortage on traditional Chinese cuisine. Lots of soup bases to choose from, as well. Bathrooms were clean and roomy. Out hostess was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend you check it out!

Sunan’s Garden Hot Pot Buffet
We enjoyed a delicious hot pot with lamb. The huge buffet is full of options. If you like seafood you're in for a treat. Lots of other options from chicken to vegetables, to Tofu, and tasty little dumplings. Staff were very pleasant. We really had a lovely meal.

Tried Sunan Hot pot last night with my husband. First the soup specially the Tom yum was good. They have lots of selection for the uncooked item. I would recommend their pork dumplings and baby octopus. They lots of dipping sauce choices as well and you can keep refilling. I hope they will have a better peanut sauce and sesame oil product. They also have fried rice, spring roll and chicken cooked for people who doesn't eat hot pot( great option for kids) for dessert they have cakes and ice cream. I think this restaurant have lots more potential if more customer will come. My husband and I will definitely be back.

An amazing dining experience! The broths were so delicious and the ability to decide on what to add to your hotpot via a buffet presentation is oustanding. Flavors are distinct and so many choices. Every meal at Sunan's Garden or Sunan's Garden Hotpot is stunning.... tonight we had the Tom Yum Gong and Caribbean Silky Coconut broths. The Tom Yum was perfect for the pork tongue, chili beef, lamb, all the red Meats... the Silky coconut was perfect the clams, mussels, shrimp, tilapia, squid, octopus, and the shrimp and fish roe dumplings as well as the fish tofu and deep fried tofu. Trust us, you need to eat here.... so good. Thank you Chef! ❤️
