The pan try is poor quality and does not hold up to baking temperatures. I tried to return and was told that they will not accept any returns since the sheet was custom. Not sure what that means since the product and dimension was available as an option on their website. Be careful when you order from here and clarify return policy for your item before ordering.

Incredible company. Had only a week to get the order just in time for my daughter's birthday but Lise and Nicolas stepped in and I had it in my hands in two business days.
