Extremely poor service, way too costly, and unprofessional. You Will be charged Way more than the average price. Save yourselves time, go elsewhere.

Super nice staff, Martin and Carol were amazing. Was on a tight time crunch and needed a quick tire patch. They understood my urgency and got me in and out super quick. Price is great too!

I unexpectedly had my break line rust out and had a scare on my drive home one day. The next morning I called 3 garages near me, all 3 stating they do not do this kind of work. I called these guys and first I get a very friendly, welcoming answer and once he realizes I speak English he doesn't change his attitude as most businesses in Gatineau do when you don't speak French. He told me to just drive on up and they'll take a look. I did and not even 5 minutes later they had my car in the garage with a diagnosis. He gives me a timeframe of 2 hours AND offers me a ride home for no extra charge. I get the call around 3 hours later (not a big issue) and tells me he still isn't happy with how the breaks feel and wants to do a little more work which'll take another hour or so. Within the hour he calls back and offers me a ride to bring me back to the shop. Which amazed me even further. I get there and the bill is almost exactly how much he quoted me when I first left the garage. He didn't add any additional cost for the extra hour he needed. I also purchased two wiper blades and he offered to install them for me and he did quickly. All staff members are super friendly, don't try to trick you or add any nonsense work for quick extra profit. I will absolutely always come back to these guys as they went above and beyond from the moment they answered the phone.

This is one of the best auto shop I’ve used, since I moved to Quebec. This staff is kind and courteous. Also extremely funny, I always look forward to visiting MICCA Auto.I had a very serious problem with my car, these guys went out of their way to accommodate me.I will be a MICCA auto customer for life, and I highly recommend them.

Don't trust. Broke my hand brake in my car and never told me. After telling him, he admitted it was his fault, gave me random excuses and did not repair because according to him, hand brakes are not useful. Also used metal wire in my wheel lug nuts to tighten as one nut was becoming a bit loose due to wear. Who repairs cars like this? Should have just replaced the lug nut like any decent mechanic ... This is a car, not an arts and craft project

I take all of my vehicles to Micca Auto, the service is top notch and the staff are genuine people. I highly recommend them to fix your vehicle. The staff do not run up the bill like dealerships. Prices are very reasonable, support your local business owners.
