25 minutes for 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches staff very confused. Don't stop there on Saturday morning. We won't ever again before hitting the road

I went in, waited at the cash for a few mins, I had time to listen to their conversations. I calculated 7 people, 3 at the drive thru , one was leaning on the side , 4 in the front are gossiping , I said excuse me, nothing, I sais it again, nothing. I had to go to them and actually raise my voice and say excuse me, may I get some service please.....8 people and no one acknowledged I was there for about 3 mins before I had to actually go get help. I wonder how long I would of waited if I didn’t say anything. Poor customer service

Waited 20 minutes to place an order with about 8 employees working inside. It's an example of a very poor management.The kitchen was filthy and the staff acted like a bunch of headless chicken.

Drive thru employees never understand correctly my order and may argue with me until a manager comes to help. Note that I always order something on the menu whit no changes. It's more of a language barrier I think.

Had to order in French and haven't used mine for years. I was pretty clear, I thought but somehow I ended up with a free jalapeño bagel I hadn't ordered. It'll be great toasted later. I wanted the new jalapeño pastry which is pretty good and I did get that so no idea where my extra bagel came from but I'm happy! I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at so many Tim's across Canada over the years and especially recently on a cross country move. So one free bagel is kind of a drop in the pan.

A decent Tim's. Well located for local downtown residents. It's a Tim Horton's like many others in the maritimes... always lots of people getting their fix.

Had over 400 points and activated roll up the rim but for some reason the guy would not rescan my card and made me pay for a coffee that was supposed to be free.He was also extremely rude
