review date: november 26, 2021customer service dates: ongoing since 2015positives:-lots of free parking nearby ✔-excellent selection of household items-staff are more polite/friendly to deal with than other locations-option of self checkout to get yourself out of the store quickercons:-as with all dollaramas, there is no signage to tell you what each aisle carries what type of product. so unless you memorize your shopping list's item whereabouts, you will be roaming around a bit longer than you expect.-limited staff so sometimes it may be hard to get assistance right away.bottom line: i would use the dollarama-center mall as a discount store location of choice, and would recommend such to others.

Haven't been here for quite some time. It still is very cramped and very busy location. In the area it is the best Dollarama to find everything but very chaotic at check out people all over, self checkout in a horrible spot, people needing help at self checkout takes away from the one cashier that actually does check you out.

It's a good dollar store. Pay less for every day stuff.

Pretty decent except I overheard the cashier with bangs at the self check out late 40s early 50s say “lady I don’t know what you’re talking about” when she was asked a question. That is obviously not customer service and this customer was kind. It’s probably the same cashier that accused my friend of stealing cat food yesterday and forcefully went in her bag. Meanwhile the cat food was from Fortinos. I don’t think so. Better hope it’s not me in there when that happens cause I’ll school her on customer service and Ontario laws.

Nice location and staff are so friendly. Store is well organized

Got a ton of stuff here that we didn't plan on getting but the variety is great! I will say the prices have been going higher and higher over the last few years but that's too be expected I guess. Store was clean the the staff was helpful.
