Overall experience is good. Could use updated technology as smart tvs, could work on getting better internet service as mine and my kids were logged in wifi but it kept on cutting in and out. Breakfast is inclusive, good timings for breakfast 6 to 10 am. The reason for 4 stars is becasue I have had worst experiences before. This is really good place if you are visiting Wetaskiwin. We came for Hockey Tournament and were treated well by restaurants, deliveries and the place we are staying in.

We stayed 1 night, the room was comfortable, very clean and quiet. The continental breakfast in the morning was fresh and tasty. Also has a water slide.

The breakfast was amazing. My husband can't stop talking about the fresh pancakes and sauces. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcomed.There were a few items in this hotel that required repair (access card reader on side entrance, debit machine, dresser drawer) but overall a very nice place. You can tell they've had some nice renovations.Hot tub could use a good cleaning as it foamed like soap and had some dirt. But we still enjoyed the relaxation.The staff were wonderful and the rooms were very tidy. They even let us check in 4 hours early without issues.Thank you for a great stay. We will be back.

Rooms are nice and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool is A+, has really nice change rooms, nice jetted hot tub, cool water features and a wicked water slide. Breakfast is typical continental, good spread and nice eating area. I would go out of my way to stay here again if I was passing through the area.

We just had our U11 hockey team stay at Siding 16 Lodge. The hotel was perfect for our team! The kids loved the pool and the staff were so friendly and accommodating! Social rooms available to book,so the parents had “fun” too!Thanks for a great weekend!

Rooms and service was awesome. Very comfortable and perfect for kids. The breakfast was the best we have had in a hotel and they had tonnes of selection. We will definitely come back! Alex was very helpful and the pool was great for entertaining the kids. Great place for families and people with pets.

Great staff, the pool was beyond expectations for a hotel pool and the rooms were clean, quiet and had great blackout curtains for a deep rest and good night sleep. The breakfast was also more cared for than most hotels I have visited in central Alberta.

Tried to just book a room for my wife as I am in the states. I’ve done this before at other hotels and usually get sent a credit card authorization and everything is fine. I let the clerk( who said she was the manager for the night). That I would like to do this and she bluntly said No! I was like oh? She laughed and said whoever is staying has to pay and come in and pay themselves which again I’ve done before by doing the credit card authorization. No willingness to work with me or suggest something else.
