I walked into the dealership with a thunder cloud hanging over my head. Steve, started talking to me and his demeanour put me at ease within minutes. I traded my brand new truck, and i wanted exactly the same truck. He got me exactly the twin truck and the whole deal went as smooth as silk. I took my vehicle there to get a tow package installed. The price was a lot more then what was quoted. After a sleepless night spent worrying where I'm going to find the extra money, counting things I could sell to make up the extra, I called them the next day and I mentioned their original quote and they adjusted the price to better reflect their quote as there was a misquote somewhere, somewhere else and it was rectified. It was such a huge relief. After a nap to make up for the sleepless night, I woke up very happy with the work that was done and the service and customer care. It looks amazing! I can't wait to tow my trailer this summer.

Everything is done in a timely manner and with great attitude. They are a wonderful dealership.I did shop around this purchase and drove multiple vehicles. I was impressed with their service team when getting our oil changes however, I am less than impressed with their sales team. We have been contacted 3 times as they “had a buyer” for our vehicle. We have told them that we would be willing to sell to them for what is owing on the loan. We have been told each time that the person who deals with that is out of office but will call us. It has been one month since the initial call and still no call back yet they continue to call us to see if we’re interested. If you are looking for a run around then this is definitely the place to contact!

My worst mistake ever, was buying a truck at Crestview.I did a credit app when I got my new truck. Unfortunately Crestview didn't handle my personal info with care. Now I been victim of fraud for the last 6 months, someone is applying for credit in my name and destroying me. If you don't want to be the victim identity theft, don't buy at Crestview. It's not worth it. 0 out of 10. They are the worst. May they burn in hell

Robin Montgomery - SalesmanAccommodating, Professional, Knowledgeable. He provided me with the single easiest and most simplified truck purchase I have ever made. As I was unable to leave home, the truck was brought to me for viewing and we agreed on the purchase price. The rest...all done electronically. Total time to complete absolutely everything was about two hours. He even picked up my plates and delivered the truck to me afterwards. Service like that does not exist in this day and age...accept at this dealership. 11 out of 10. Well done Robin.Thank you for the awesome experience.
