Dr Dan Dentistry

They cancelled my sons appointment for being 10 min late. I just talked to them on the phone to say I was just picking him up from track and field. When I got there they cancelled it. He could have stayed at school instead. Not a nice way to treat your patients I have waited for my appointments before with no complaints.

I would give negative stars if I could. Do not bring your children to this office. I repeat....do not. Unless your prepared to leave terrified children alone for medical procedures, with no guardian permitted to enter accept to pay- not even permitted to wait with them in waiting room prior. Then when you complain about this practice as a advocate for all children who enter Dr.Dan thinks it's appropriate to yell at you in front of your child, belittle and insult you as a parent, repeatedly informing me how my child doesn't need me and I'm not doing him any favors staying with him and carries on with non- sense ramblings about how you trust bus drivers with your kids alone so apparently medical procedures performed on kids are in the same category?Disgusting operation. Be warned. Shame on him and his staff

Horrible experiences here.. terrible with children..!! Do not recommend I give them 0 stars… they do not let parents in with children. Was told college of dentistry would not allow due to covid.. found out today from new dentist this is not valid information and any minor getting dental work should always have their parent present!!! Horrible experiences and wish I knew before hand., followed their direction and waited in car for my kids.. only to have my child appointment not complete cause she was scared and didn’t want the dentist in her mouth., all could have been avoided if I was in the room! So happy I changed dentist!! Once again do not recommend 0 stars!!!’

Dr Dan and all of the other staff that work in the rooms were great. Great work, very friendly, and willing to explain everything that they thought or that they were doing.However.The receptionist is probably the worst receptionist I have ever dealt with. She was rude, and always seemed angry. Even when I went up to pay she made me feel like inconveniencing her. After asking a couple questions and getting relative non-responses, I asked another dentist for a second opinion which resulted in her ceasing to return my calls. There were a few people at the front desk and it was always the same lady that I had poor experiences with, the others were fine. But it was also her that would return calls and everything which made it much more painful. Trying to get information out of her was like pulling teeth.Sorry Dr. Dan, but I will not be returning.

Dr Dan and the team are AMAZING! Never I have experienced such great care and compassion from a dentist and their staff. I have had fillings, cleanings and even repairs on caps from a previous dental office with Dr Dan; during all of this the team has been great about explaining my options, helping with payments and insurance quotes/processing which is really helpful. I am so happy that we found Dr Dan, I love getting my check ups now. Like, I am genuinely so happy when I am due for a cleaning. I highly recommend this dental office to all who care about their dental health but may be concerned about costs, procedures or pain. They will get you all sorted out!

I have been coming here for over 12 year's. The staff are amazing and they always do a great job on my teeth. Have also been very accommodating and make me feel comfortable. I have other family and friends who come here to. The best dentist in Grimsby by far. Also great with children too.

Went to Dr. Dan for the first time today after being recommended by a family member who’s been going to him for years. Dr. Dan and his staff were amazing! I’m glad I found such a great dentist that I can go to in the future.

Dr Dan is an amazing guy, extremely nice towards children and his patients. Would recommend this dentistry to anyone!

I've known Dr. Dan for over fifteen years from his days in stoney Creek. He is very caring and had genuine concern for house patients issues/needs. The staff are assessing and makes the dentist visit a great experience.
