Super service a la clientèle!On ma conseiller, on a valider mes grandeur que j'avais fait ,on ma demander d'envoyer des photo de mon sous-sol pour être sur de ce que je devais acheter pour le support des tuile, on m as fait un devis avec des prix plus compétitif que les grande surface, on a fait la facture et date de livraison tout ca en dedans de deux heures en LIGNE et TÉLÉPHONE! il faut que tu connaisse vraiment tes produit pour atteindre ce niveau de service! Moi j'ai eu ROD (compétent, polis, répond au question sans jamais hésiter, connais ces produits, a l'écoute de se qu'on lui explique...)Merci Rod!JE RECOMMANDE FORTEMENT

Bought around 2000$ of their Friendly Wall line. Was asured that they would take back any remaining unused material for a restocking fee (which is fine) and not to worry about it.Now I have 3 intact panels leftover and one molding piece, all worth about 400$. When I tried to return them I was told they only took material back in packs of 6. These clowns oversold me 3 panels after estimating how much I need themselves and now laughing in my face. Don't buy here go elsewhere.
