Working with Minuteman has been flawless! We used our own designs for business cards, stationary, notebooks, and thank you cards, but they were quick to integrate them into their own products — and they look amazing!Attal and his staff were great to work with — giving us everything we asked for and more! He even personally delivered the products to our office and made sure we were happy with everything before he left.As the owner of a new startup, it was a relief to have this process go so smoothly! I will definitely use them for my future printing needs.

I was so pleased with the service provided at Minuteman Press, Waterloo. Having left my annual Christmas card printing until the last minute, they worked very hard to help me get them printed on time to mail out. They made sure I was 100% happy/satisfied with their work…and, I was. I would definitely use their services again!

Had a group calendar created last minute in early December and they did a tremendous job with it! Great quality paper and binding, awesome colour prints, and great guidance to make sure it would be the best choice for the type of calendar we wanted. They also did this quickly so that I could have it in time for a Christmas party. Super friendly customer service, great advice, great quality, and great value. Cannot say enough - thank you!

UPDATE 3/3/2022: This store is under new management, and owner has apologized for not having my marketing ready on time. She delivered my order out of town and to my door free of charge and then also offered further compensation. I am happy with the resolution and will use them again in the future.Very disappointing. This is the second time I've used this store for marketing. First time was flawless and they delivered on time without any issues. This time, I had a very poor experience, and the communication was slow. First customer service person didn't know what they were doing delaying the order, and then the second person who took over dropped the ball leaving me without marketing for an event.

I highly recommend Minuteman Press in Waterloo for any of your print needs. Zoe the owner was very kind and helpful in completely a last minute print job that the company needed for a business trip.They have good quality.I will definitely be ordering from them again.Annie
