Alright where do I start, the guy taking our order was standing there yawning and then the coffees weren't good, we ordered a double double and it was as dark as chocolate milk. We ordered a ham and cheddar sandwich and it was covered in ranch, it was all over the sandwich, very messy. Then there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, only paper towel on the sink. I did get my order fast, so it can get 1 star.

Everytime it’s so slow drive thru or walk in! They always messing up orders like now when I just ordered! I asked for cheddar cheese and bacon and I got the fake single slice cheese like if I wanted plastic on my bagel I would of asked for plastic on my bagel! This is by far the worst Tim’s I have ever experienced even with its updates it just made it worse! None of the employees clearly read or type in your orders properly this whole place needs new management and workers

This specific location is poorly managed. They all seem to have attitudes. I avoid this one and drive out of my way to Glenwood.Update - over a year later and this place is still a mess. Ordered a large chili. It's supposed to come with a bun. I got half a bun ripped in half. Almost like I was served someone's left over bun. I didn't get butter or a spoon to be able to eat. I didn't even get a receipt. Chili could have been filled to top. Advise to owner/management-Stop cheating customers.

I ordered a peppermint mocha and instead of telling me they don’t have the ingredients they decided to create this atrocity. They put a peppermint tea bag in chocolate/coffee mix… no whipped cream no sprinkles. Tasted awfulThis isn’t the first time I’ve left this location with a ruined order.Worst location ever …

No scanners working on busy drive-through. Many people getting shorted there roll up and rewards points on march 17 2023.Constantly, their debit is down. You know I'm a big fan of cash and all but your debit seems to be down once a week at the minimum. Maybe you should try changing companies??Seems this business is going to trash very fast. Seems like an upper management issue.

I ordered double double coffee and they gave me black at drive through. Went back to the window to change and she told me I had to line up again. How could I spend ten more minutes in the early morning on the way to work? Why I have to pay for their mistake? It was a tall woman with tattoo
