DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

Being in Heartland, this location can be quite busy with a parking lot that fills up quickly. That being said, if you can visit on off times (early morning, or during the week) the selection here is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I've found many great shoes here! Don't hesitate to check it out.

The designer show warehouse is located in Mississauga Heartland centre. The staff are very helpful and they have a wide variety of shoes and sandals to choose from. They have mens, women and kids shoes and accessories. Would definitely recommend this store.

Visited the store today, the store manager Roy was very rude and literally coming after me. I tried a few shoes (my size is a hard find) and he came to tell me that I have to pick up the shoes and put them in boxes. I did that. Then I was trying more and he came to me and said I have made his work difficult as have taken out a few shoes. Also I heard his **sighs** when I was trying shoes which made me feel like I am un-welcomed in the store. There were other white people in the store but he didn't bother going to them and asking them to pick up shoe boxes. I am brown so guess that treatment was just for brown people. Came back very hurt. I go to this store all the time but first time experienced this treatment from their manager Roy.

I recently had a fantastic experience at DSW, and I want to give a shout-out to the wonderful staff who made my visit so enjoyable. Yaseen was the employee who helped me find the perfect shoes. He was not only a great guy to talk to, but he was also extremely knowledgeable about the different brands and styles available in the store. Yaseen patiently walked me through the different options, explaining the features and benefits of each one, and even went the extra mile by bringing out several different sizes for me to try on to ensure a perfect fit. Throughout the process, Yaseen was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.At the checkout, I encountered another fantastic employee, Harleen. She was friendly, efficient, and made the checkout process a breeze. Despite the busy store, Harleen took the time to engage in conversation and made me feel valued as a customer. Her kindness and positive attitude made the entire experience even better.While I had a wonderful experience at DSW, there was one small con that didn't really affect me personally. As someone who was shopping for a particular type of shoe, I was focused on finding the perfect fit and style, and DSW had plenty of great options in that regard. However, I did notice that there was a bit of a lack of winter boots available in the store. While this didn't really matter to me at the time, I could see how it might be a drawback for someone shopping for cold-weather footwear.Overall, the combination of the great selection of shoes, outstanding customer service from Yaseen and Harleen, and the welcoming atmosphere made for an exceptional shopping experience. I highly recommend DSW to anyone in need of new shoes and am grateful for the wonderful staff who helped make my visit so enjoyable. Yaseen and Harleen are both great and made my experience even better!

Huge store. Well organized. Lots of variety and good products. Also has clearance aisles. $10 off your next purchase for new accounts.

Nice store with great collection and good prices. They had 30% on Black Friday deals. I was able to buy couple of pairs with good pricing. It was not very crowded in the mornings. I was able to place an order at the counter for the right size for me. It was shipped to my place on time. Friendly staff.

I eneded up here by accident but I needed some blingy shoes for a wedding reception. I had the loveliest young lady help me find the perfect pair.

The Heartland DSW is okay, it has some variety but not a lot. The DSW's in Trinity or Vaughan Mills have a better selection.

Placed an order online for in store pickup. I got a call from the store on friday informing my item was ready for pickup I told them i would be able to come in on Monday to collect and they were okay with it.The entire process to collect the item was smooth they ask for id and hand over the package and you sign in a log book.Associate on cash was efficient and thorough. Store was clean and had signs all around instructing people to go in the direction of the arrows placed to help distance and follow sops which is great.The sandals i got were great esp for the price. Paid around $3.87 for them they have a great selection.

DSW in rodeo drive is having good collection of shoes and sandals for men, women and kids. The prices are ok but not much discounts. Would recommend checking in the clearance section for good deals. For men who's sizes are above 13 need not visit DSW as the max size available is 13. Iam a tall person and I didn't find any shoe of size 14.
