I just want to say that having being a patron of this store for a number of years now, I have never had a bad experience. Not once. All of the employees have been kind, helpful and generous. Thank you to all of you for answering my questions with patience and providing excellent customer service.

The lady works here is extremely friendly and professional, I thought the store closes at 7 pm so when I got there at 6 she was just fliping the sign to closed. Not only she opened the door but also she spent extra half hour to get what i need, even I told her it’s gonna be completely fine for me to come back the next day to grab it.One of the best service experiences ever in Winnipeg.

I went here looking for Sikkens cetol, but I found that they dont carry any Sikkens products. They woman who served me, however, did point me to an equivalent product that they do carry. The stain I ended up buying worked quite well.

They forgot to tint one can however the manager was truly nice and helpful to resolve the issue. totally recommend going there.

This store has the kind of employee every store needs to be successful. She is friendly, polite, knowledgeable, has a wealth of information for every job, eager to help, if the big box stores had employees like Jenn they would be successful like this store. I love shopping in this store.

Knowledgeable staff for sure but made me feel stupid for asking questions. Every time I asked a question, the lady would stop and smirk (you could tell even with a mask on) and answer the question like I was 5. I’m sorry I don’t know everything about paint... I don’t buy it often.

Went in to look at paint as we are considering some renos. Staff person (I believe it was the store manager) was very friendly and knowledgeable and offered us the right amount of help when we needed it. When they were out of some paint chips, she told us when they would be in and offered to check other stores. The stock in the store was a little low and some empty shelves. COVID protocols were quite visible but the store itself was a little dirty, could use a dusting. Good sale prices when they have the bogo sale on.
