I have a 14 X 12 deck surrounded by trees and lilac bushes. I decided to convert the area to a screened-in enclosure because Suncoast had built one for my mother a couple of years ago. I just love hers but was hesitant to book the construction because of the obstacles created by the trees. It turned out to be no problem at all, as Steve and Tyler maneuvered their way through the project with having to do just a little pruning. In fact, the build took place right after our last ‘surprise’ blizzard in April and they were unfazed. Superior workmanship by these two guys with a non-stop work ethic. The structure itself is amazing and any little details pre- and post-construction were immediately attended to by Chewy. Heather and Neil in the Regina Office were friendly, easy to reach and extremely knowledgeable. I can enjoy my deck now without the annoyances of mosquitoes and wasps and most recently have experienced a steaming cup of coffee inside the enclosure while it rained around me. My screened-in deck has greatly improved my outdoor experience which was guided, start to finish, by a team of outstanding professionals!

I would like to shout out to Alex and his crew from Saskatoon for doing an incredible job, building our screen rooms, we could not be more happy with this experience. We absolutely love our 3 season room from Suncoast. It’s one of the best purchases we’ve ever made. We love spending time in the room. All our friends love to spend time in our room as much as we do because it’s so beautiful and bug free! The quality is great, it’s very eye appealing. We get so many compliments, even from strangers walking by, on how good it looks. The service is truly outstanding!!! I really can’t say enough good about the service from Chewy and his team. We dealt with Neil in sales and he was also great to work with. We like how the windows function. I researched a lot of different types of 3 season rooms and we have no regrets with choosing Suncoast.

This company is so professional, from the time we met with them at the Home Show to the Estimate and then finally the installation. The entire process they were professional and never made us feel like we were bothering them. The 2 installers came out and were very courteous and cleaned up everything and before leaving explained how to use. This is the company to call for all your enclosures!!!

We love this three season room at our cottage. It has become our favorite room. It is bright and comfortable. All the best parts of the outdoors without the bugs.
