I have been charged on their app 7 times. I contacted them a few times, they said my money would be there within 3 days it’s been a WEEK. Everytime I try to call them they say to contact their digital support. When I do it even takes 24-48 hours to respond. Never going here again. Sincerely aggressively unhappy. Also all the workers when I went there had no socks or shoes on. All I could hear was feet slapping. There’s no help from these guys.

Tables were mostly all dirty. Visit time was 4PM so wasn't overly busy, would have been nice to have seen someone out trying to wipe them down while there.

In my opinion the best fast food chain with the best tasting highest quality burgers.If you haven’t tried the hamburger sub it’s one of my new favourites.Sadly can’t give 5 stars cause I got food poisoning from the poutine once :(Also the managers and workers are really engaging and kind when sitting inside.

All Burger Kings are basically the same, but the front desk employees could use some training on how to be friendly and smile a little bit. I know foreign workers can have a cranky look on their faces, but smiling wouldn't kill anyone. Very poor on the service side of things..

The only good thing here is the Whopper, but it's never hot. Needs new management for sure.Nobody wears masks and one cashier I haven't seen since was rude about a mishap with my order that was caused by their own app. One time their app wasn't even working and when we tried to make our order inside the manager was condescending and made it a lot harder than it needed to be. We've also ordered Nestea and received Diet Coke instead. The manager will ask for your name for a mobile order, walk by your bag to another employee then point at your bag and tell them to hand it to you instead of just doing it himself.Even though there's an obvious shortage of tomatoes and lettuce, they don't actually tell you when you won't be getting them.

Got food this afternoon and usually it is good. today they were lost, food was all cold and tasted like it's been sitting out for awhile.But apple turnovers were perfect so not to sure why the food was off.

Go through the drive through and theres a new burger with jalapeños. I want another burger with added jalapeños but I’m told they can’t put jalapeños on the burger I want and can’t even order them on the side.At this BK you can’t have it your way.

Food is always good there. Service is fast. Staff are friendly. I usually go through the drive through but when I eat inside the place is always clean. Never had any issues with the New Minas location.

Wouldn't hurt to have a few friendly people working at the front counter. I know that some cultures have a hard time smiling ir being polite, so maybe they shouldn't work the main counter. Put your more friendly staff out front to work with the public.
