Don't waste your time, book somewhere else. No employees at this location, mobile pickup only. Lock was put on truck backwards and code did not work to open.bworst U-Haul experience I've ever had

I phoned them during the day to confirm that they had the moving boxes that I needed (that are advertised on the website) and the lady said they had them (tv boxes, specifically). I showed up after work to some sketchy room and they literally only had one size of moving box, not the one I needed at all. Is this place actually representing uhaul?

这个租车公司极其不好,钥匙在车上,密码锁的密码也不对,开都开不了,打电话给客服还不给解决,硬生生等了三个小时才接通电话,电话通了说解决不了问题,让第二天早上7点找客服,结果第二天早上7点打电话找客服硬是等了一个小时,换了3个人,最后一个人两分钟给我解决了,我真的服了这些人,吃饱了撑的,没事干吗?两分钟的事情非要我等一个小时,还互相甩锅,不当厨师真是浪费了

Booked reservation online for a dolly and uhaul truck. We called to confirm our reservation the day prior to make sure that they put the dolly in the uhaul. We have record of the call confirming that she knows and that the dolly will be in the uhaul and to call her if we needed assistance. When we went to pick up the uhaul the next morning at 7AM - low and behold, the dolly wasn't there. Called the lady to which she said, oh i forgot". We asked her if she could bring it out - she said no one's there. After much time fighting with her that it was their responsibility to provide a service for which she said she'd provide us

Worst Uhaul experience ever. I reserved a 15 feet truck with a ramp online. I got to the store l was given an expired code and spent 45 minutes trying to get a new one. I ended up getting the 10 feet truck as l was already late and he said he was going to adjust the price. I was still billed for the 15 feet truck. I need my refund back.Don't go there the guys are unprofessional and can't solve problems

If you're reading this, find another U-Haul. I'm only writing this review because there were no reviews when I rented here.First, good luck trying to find the location. Although they say it is on the second floor beside Subway, it’s actually halfway up the stairs and at the first door on the right. That door has no markings or identification U-Haul is behind the door in their broom closet. I ventured into a pitch black hallway with no lights on the second floor and every door was shut. If you go past the bathrooms, you’ve gone too far. Such an awkward feeling.Secondly, I found it very difficult to understand the worker at this location. Their accent was so strong and most questions about were not being received. They also seemed to preoccupied with running their main business at the same time. If this was my first time using U-Haul I would be very confused and nervous about renting the trucks.Thirdly, I was told that I could easily return the truck anytime if I wanted to self-drop-off rather come in the following morning like I planned and selected. All I had to do was phone the worker stating the truck was back at its original parking spot, take a picture of the dashboard (with proper fuel level), and lock the keys in the back trunk and then again with the padlock.Well, I ended up using the truck faster than expected and returned the truck on the same day within their operating business hours (10:30am-6:00pm) and I was charged the after-hours $20 connivence fee. Are you kidding me? Really? It’s within their business hours and did all the proper steps like I did in past moves. Plus, the workers don't stay at this location all day. I was told they only meet at this office if a customer selects the counter in-person" check-in. I am not fighting this as it was a headache in the first place and the verbal confusion that would arise is not worth $20."

Rude and dismissive staff who didn't know what they were doing, sketchy location. I booked through the app so didn't know what I was getting into and ended up having to drive to another location on moving day to see what I could get at the last minute. Avoid!

Worst ever experience with U Haul.The lady NAME 'KAREN' Doesn't know anything about U-Haul or how to even talk!Very rude and not helpful at all.Wrong marking of fuel level too.The location is like a treasure hunt! Good luck with that.PLEASE CHANGE TO ANOTHER LOCATION RIGHT AWAY IF YOU ARE TRANSFERRED TO THIS ONE LIKE IN MY CASE BECAUSE OF TRUCK NOT AVAILABLE AT THE PREFERRED LOCATION.NEVER EVER COMING UP TO THIS LOCATION.
