Aaron showed up perfectly on time and professional. He took his time and meticulously took our old fireplace apart and cleaned it. I swear it looks better now than it ever has. Could not be happier with the outcome or the service. Definitely recommend TH Fireplaces for all your Fireplace needs

I had been searching for over a year for replacement back walls for my 31year old fireplaces. I live in WhistlerBC and non of the companies here could find them. one person told me to call a company in Calgary. that company put me in touch with Myron at TH fireplaces. Bingo finally the right person. Myron took over a month to figure out my fireplace model number. with his detective work and knowledge he was able to order the items and ship them to me.even living in a different province he now has one happy customer. Just had my fire place serviced by TH Fireplaces and it was a great experience. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. It was an old fireplace, and he made it look it brand new. Highly recommend this company for your fireplace needs.

Would recommend 100% I got quotes from three different companies. The first kept telling me how much experience he had and how difficult it would be to install a gas fireplace in our basement. In the end he promised to send a quote, which he never did. The second never came but had me taking pictures and measurements for days. He did eventually provide a quote but it was a couple of thousand dollars higher then TH Fireplaces. The guys from TH were awesome right from the start. They provided solutions were others only grumbled about problems and the installation guys were incredible. They were cheerful and had the fireplace installed in half a day. The city inspector arrived the next day and approved their work without a hitch. There was a broken ceramic log in the fireplace kit but TH were good on their word. They ordered a replacement and installed free of charge. We are thrilled with our new gas fireplace. Thanks!

We just had our Fireplace completely rebuilt by TH Fireplaces and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Just had Aaron come by to service our fireplace, which looks like it hadn't been serviced or cleaned for quite some time by the previous owners of our house. Aaron was great. He was respectful, professional, and efficient. He answered my questions and provided some tips for what I can do to keep our fireplace looking good and working well. I would definitely recommend TH Fireplaces and will use them again in the future.

I was very impressed with TH. We have a heritage home and were looking to replace an old coal fireplace with a new gas unit. TH came up with a creative solution for us that we are very happy with. They were very responsive and professional!

We used TH Fireplaces to replace our old wood burning fireplace with a high efficiency one. Jason is very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. The installers Aaron and Josiah were professional, did an excellent job installing everything, and left our home clean. Elsie was also super helpful coordinating the whole process. I had my fireplace installed end of last year.I had a minor problem, but was extremely happy with the service. They came out right away and got everything looked after. All the people I talked to were very pleasant.I would highly recommend this company!!
