Michael McFarland was an amazing help. He got us upgraded to our new phone at the end of our 2 year lease and it was easy and went flawlessly, he made great conversation and made our time go by as quickly as it could as well as he made it enjoyable. If you ever run into Michael your in good hands and there's no need to worry!

I went to the Bell store a few months ago to switch providers and get a new phone. Matt helped with everything and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond in making the process a very positive one and I couldn’t be more thankful. Amazing service.

Matthew was amazing! We brought him two phones that needed to be transferred. And even though he was very busy he was able to update and transfer the phones. He stayed after close to help me complete the process so I wouldn’t have to return the next day. Best bell service I have ever had. And I have been a bell customer for YEARS. A+++

I have had TV, internet and phone services for many years. I have been frustrated with customer service at various times so I always approach an interaction cautiously. I recently needed to set up services at a new property and used the Orillia Mall location. I had the most wonderful experience because of an employee named Matthew Lawless. The service I was getting required a few days of figuring out because it was a new address. Mathew called me twice to keep me in the loop then made an appointment when we were ready to proceed. I attended the store in person and at that time Matthew set up my services. Matthew spent time with me until I understood all the services and pricing. it was so nice leaving that store having had such a positive experience.!!
