We came to Aberdeen Tim Horton for coffee noticed the staff have nothing to do they all get together start talking/ laughing rather than cleaning around the dining area. I noticed tables were dirty counters wet/ dirty food spelled on the floor. It was not busy at all. Hopefully get better.

One of the most courteous and friendly service received at Tim's.We were there on Friday 7-Apr-23 between 9pm to 10pm and were greeted by a young lady of Indian origin. She served us with utmost pleasure and beaming smile.The donuts, food and drinks were as usual good.

Went through the drive through. Guy taking our order did not communicate properly on the speaker. Never gave me the total or asked me to drive to the window. Get to the window, says the amount abruptly, I pay, hands me the box and closes the window. No thank you, no nothing. If you don't like customers, don't take on the job. Won't go back here after the RUDE service.

So I’m just writing a review in reply as I see no option to reply. Tyler Edward was a visitor at Tim Hortons he visited with his grandfather and he asked a girl to wipe his table down by saying “aye wipe my table pin pointing her out of all employees”, I found it impolite as humans I think whoever would have witnessed this kinda scenario might have found it objectionable, here I have a suggestion for you that if you’re using any private services you need to be polite as you pay for the services but you don’t pay the people who are providing you services, so don’t take people as they are your servants. Also I’m adding the photo of the table you were at this is how you left it.Thank you so much.

Best Tims for a hotel user in a city with an odd layout! I always order breakfast from here before continuing my journey. Staff are always nice and efficient.Note: 4* on the atmosphere because of the rowdy high table of retirees telling me to double check inside my pickup order bag (BTW...I looked once I got it back to my hotel room and it was correct, and they've never gotten an order of mine wrong).

Visited for first time. Ordered coffee and muffin. Place was clean and spacious.Its just that first we ordered 3 coffee but I don’t know what happened and they heard 2 coffee. So instead of making 3 they gave us 2 coffee.Then we waited for like 10min for sandwich and after 10min they are telling us its prepared and on the other side of the counter.I know its busy sometimes but they should hire more people. I don’t know why tims everywhere is messing up with orders.

I odered chicken cravables. I recieved horrible cravables as chicken used was not according to standards. They used micro chicken fingers 2 off them which was soo over precooked and chewy,staffs also couldn’t able to eat the same but they serve to guest . I totally ruined my dinner and my money spend on it.( $22). Strongly recommend not to order atleast this item and soon i will tweet to head office along with pics.

Went to get lunch at 1284 Roger way Tim'sOrder a grilled chicken wrap and ice capWhen I got home it was the smallest wrap I have ever seen.Take a bite and it is fish not what I ordered.Will not go back to get another wrap.So disappointing

Everything is the same as any other Tim Hortons. I guess that a part of its charm.The only difference here is the exceptional staff. Friendly, quick, and hard working.
