Dr. Hameed and Barb went above and beyond to ensure I would get my surgery done ASAP. So grateful to the whole team!

He did gallbladder surgery for me and gastroscopy. Very caring, understanding and the most important very knowledgable. His all team was amazing!!!

You could not ask for a better surgeon. He is as perfect as there can be. Dr Usmaan Hameed used the latest laporoscopic procedure to remove my Neuroendocrine Tumor. I couldn't be more pleased with both the outcome and how I was treated before and continually after the surgery. He genuinely cares about his patients and doesn't rush anything. He even told me an hour before surgery that if I wasn't feeling comfortable proceeding with the surgery that he would be ok rescheduling. He took his time talked to me and alleviated my concerns and we went ahead. He's the type of doctor that would order scans and tests if he had even the slightest concern that something could be caught. I had the option after surgery to switch my follow up appointments to the cancer team at Sunnybrook but I decided to stay under Dr Hameed's care because I trust him essentially with my life. Thank you Dr Hameed. You are very appreciated.

He is very knowledgeable doctor he did not say all is fine after a colonosopy.and send me on my way he ordered a colonography to see the small part of the colon that was in the dark.You can tell he does something he does it well.

My mom had a procedure done from Dr. Hameed, she was feeling great with no pain or any issues anymore!!! His bed my side manner is incredible. His tone and demeanour is so caring and his worth ethic is one of a kind. Hands-down one of the best doctors to deal with….. he truly is a superhero to us!!! Thank you for making my mom better and for ALL YOU HAVE DONE!!! You truly are a gem!!!!!His secretary Barb is also so wonderful and caring!!! Barb really helped us step-by-step through all of this is. She is suchpleasure and made us more comfortable every time we spoke!!! Thank you Dr Hameed and staff for everything that you’ve done!!!!

Dr. Hameed is an absolute gem of a person. He’s very caring and kind. He will listen to you and do everything in his power to help you.
