They removed two trees, were very efficient. Clean up was thorough including the neighbor's yard

I requested for their service in October 2019, to do tree cutting and hedge pruning. The first part of the work led to my neighbor being very upset because branches fell over their pool and it was not clean up. I had to insist through multiple phone calls before they could come to clean it. Tree branches and trunks took more than a week for it to be picked up from our yard.Because of prolong time on the project, early snow came and stopped it. We agree to complete the job in April 2020.I called them and left a message on May 1st 2020 to try and reschedule the job. Again it took Multiple calls and texts messages to get a response by June 8th 2020. On June 13th, the staff came to do the job, but what they did was so disappointing I sent their boss the pictures, the did a very poor job pruning, as well as cleaning up. Since June 13th, I have been calling and texting the person in charge, with whom I have been communicating, to no avial. He never answered my calls, nor responded to my texts. I even sent pictures, yet it means nothing to them. I am so disappointed because I think I have exercised a lot of patience.

Highly recommend!!! I have used their services many times over the years and I have never been disappointed. The staff is always polite, friendly and accommodating. The climbers are very skilled and security conscious, they secure all limbs before carefully lowering then to the ground. Very reasonable pricing and their cleanup after the job was remarkable.

100% disappointed. Three times they dont show up or call to excuse themselves and reschedule. Totally unprofessional. I do not recommend them at all.

Great company!I had two other companies tell me my big mature maple needed to be cut down but I didn't think it was in that bad of shape.When Arboricureuil came I could tell they were true arborists as they told me a lot about the health of the tree and suggested some significant trimming and cabling would be enough to protect my and my neighbour's property in case of disaster. They were honest that it would be more expensive than just cutting it down but for me it was absolutely worth it to preserve my tree and provide some peace of mind during big storms.I used them a second time for some trimming on another tree on my property and the service was excellent.I will always call them first and be wary of other companies who are quick to cut down your trees as it's much easier and more straightforward for them. Preserve your mature trees as much as possible! For the good of the environment and your neighborhood.
