I placed an order for N95 masks Dec 23. After 3 weeks I asked for a refund and they refused. It's been over a month and they still haven't shipped. I have since ordered from 2 other Canadian companies and received my masks in a week to 10 days. I would not recommend this company and I still want my money back.

CanaPhem is my GO-TO company for all our community and business networking events!! They have consistently provided excellent service from the moment we booked them (even when we booked last minute), until we received a thoroughly documented incident report, at the end of each event (while keeping all information confidential). They always sent the most reliable, knowledgeable and friendly paramedics. Having them onsite takes the headache out of any event planning (literally ;)Kudos to you and your team, Robbie!!

Fantastic experience. Had a rapid Covid test so that I could get back to work sooner rather than later. Was in and out in less than 40 minutes. The paramedic was kind and answered any questions thoroughly. Many cars arrived while we were there, so they are busy, but it is well worth the wait and money.

I had a great first experience November - timely, polite, and systematically executed. However, I had a terrible second experience in December. We waited 20 minutes before anyone even came near our car, so I called over one of the attendants. He said what time did you call? ok

Nice staff. They came to our business a couple of times to do covid rapid tests. I went to their place to get rapid tests as well, sometimes there was a big lineup, but I was always able to get an appointment within a couple of days while the other testing centers were booking two weeks out

I went here for an N95 Mask Fit Test.Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff! It was really easy to book an appointment. Highly recommend going here, will definitely be returning to complete my CPR certificate.

I first contacted CanaPHEM last summer when searching for N95 masks to use in my clinic as part of Covid-19 protocol. Paul has been super-accommodating in keeping me supplied, and also lets me know about other products and services regularly. I have had two mask fit-tests with Brooke and Hamza--great, friendly professionals who are always prompt.I have even updated my CPR with CanaPHEM-- Brooke was great, and again very accommodating.Thanks guys!Wendy

Great customer service! Ordered in December while things were on back-order. Received an update in January when the ETA changed (through no fault of canaPHEM), to provide opportunity to cancel (I decided to wait). Finally received my order last week but for a different mask then ordered. When I reached out, they explained they were trying to get something out to folks on the long back order list, but missed contacting me first. Apologized and when I tried the substitute product and it didn't fit, shipped me a no charge replacement of my original order.

Would not recommend. We were told tests would cost $26 plus tax but when we got there they cost $50 plus tax. The owner claimed that this was public information, but I have scoured every social media page and not found a single reference to this pricing on the day we went (Dec. 27). Clearly, they made a mistake, and the right thing to do would have been to offer us the price that was advertised. Moreover, the owner claimed the discrepancy was because they had to pay employees time and a half on a stat. However, $26 x 1.5 is $39, not $50. Also, while labour might be increasing by 1.5, the cost of the test doesn't, so the increase in price should not be so drastic. Really disappointing to see a company charging a premium on testing in a time of crisis then blaming it on labour costs when the extra money is clearly not all going to the hardworking employees. Clearly the government has failed us when it comes to COVID testing and private businesses are cynically profiting off of it while claiming to be doing us a favour.

I had the wonderful opportunity to have canaPHEM as paramedics at my event, which had over 5,000 in attendance throughout the day! The paramedics, Rianna and Juan Carlos were AMAZING!!! Not only did their presence give us the peace of mind to focus on other elements of ensuring the day ran smoothly but they were so agreeable and friendly, they were an absolute pleasure to have at our event! Thankfully we didn't have any major medical incidents at the event but I was confident that, if we had, they would have been able to handle them efficiently and successfully. I will certainly be booking them again for next year's festival!
