The Worst service, even their Boss Kevin won’t keep his worth, it is more than a month that We are running after our truck.I strongly suggest that Hino Canada should take this serious and change the owner and administration. We lost nearly 10000$ because of them. I have other trucks, Ford, GMC in my construction company but I have never this kind of service and problems which I have with this place.

Very bad m going over there for fix Volvo vnl truck air conditioner he's Starting work 8:00 am to 11:00 am what he's cannot fix my truck air conditioner and then he's still charged me around 400$ for Nothing never go there Wasting time and money

Just expensive. That's it. Nothing more.**this is a revision posted 21/10/2019**Albert and Marie at the counter were very helpful and understanding of my issue. I still dont agree with some of their protocols and feel like they incur costs to the client unnecessarily, but my overall experience was much better this time around.

offensive the way the treat the garanties.... for no reason and without a reasonable explanation the charge for thing that the warranty should cover. I just finish a service and when I ask for check one of the scrubs of the door that was broken in a brand new truck, they say is not a warranty over that, because it's not the original..... Serious !!!!....Why would I change that knowing is a truck under warranty.... Offensive in every side.
