AWFUL EXPERIENCE!1. Their produce are incredibly overpriced2. Always take a look at the label for the expiration date. I bought milk from there and when I got home and opened the milk it was spoiled and that's when I checked if it had expired. Therefore the owners don't often check their items or replace them at all.3. The lady seems to be disrespectful with the people that enter the store. It's like she holds a grudge on you for no reason whatsoeverDo yourself a favor and don't over spend your money on their produce Cause it is OVERPRICED! unless its a holiday and they're the only variety store that's open

I have gone to this store multiple times for bus tickets, lotto or just to pick up a drink on my way home. Without fail, the owner barks at me, does not give me a greeting, look me in the eye or say thank you. I had given him the benefit of the doubt and went into his store once again. There was a male customer who was purchasing bus tickets in front of me. I saw the owner pull out a number of strips of bus tickets and hand one over to the customer. When I went up to pay for my drink and magazine, I also asked for bus tickets. He said no". I said "what do you mean?" He responded "we don't have any". "But..." I started about to say that I just saw a whole stack. "No" he said again.I left the store without buying anything. I can't help but think he is sexist. I WILL NOT support this store anymore."

I've gone to this store a bunch of times throughout my life. 9/10 times there's always something. Everyone I know has a story. It seems to be run by an older married Korean couple. And they think everyone is going to steal from them. They're always watching or following you. They judge the products you are buying & everything is marked up high. It's like they are annoyed at your presence in their store.

If you ask me, not enough malls have convenience stores inside them.This one perhaps isn't as well stocked as say a 7/11 or mac's, but it makes up with the convenience of being inside the mall, That is, if you're in the mall. If not, it's a bit more cumbersome to have to go into the mall to go into the store as it's not accessible from the outside.

Worst customer service. The owner never smiles or acknowledges his customers. I asked to pay debit for some bus tickets, which I've done multiple times, and he in return Todd be cash only. Confused, I asked when that started and he decided to yell at me at my place

This little shop is under new management. I believe the son has now taken over the shop. It has been cleaned up quite a bit thankfully. Looking forward to more positive changes in the future.

Walked into the store, the owner immediately yells at me what I need although I was just looking around. I did not get a greeting and He followed me every step around the store. I then decided to purchase a scratch ticket and the man asked for ID, so I gave it to him, yet he refused to give me the ticket although I was clearly over the age. Don’t know what his problem is or if he is slow in the head. He then told me to leave the store and didn’t give me the chance to buy anything for no apparent reason.

If I could give 0 star I wouldThese people need to go.Walked in the store and was immediately yelled at to leave

Lazy hours, very little product, and ridiculously overpriced. Went to purchase a Vuse nicotine vape, and was shocked when the price was more than double what it is at Shell gas stations. Literally more than double, turning a $14.50 purchase into $34.The man also became angry, arguing and defending the product when I simply said I didn't want it. After his rude exclaiming I said they are $14 elsewhere and he told me to to there. I said obviously I will be.I'm a 2 minute walk from the store but after that experience I will never be back.

My brother and I have been patronizing west own for almost 10 years now and have been coming back because of the service and their friendly demeanor!!
