Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Milton

I’ve now had several disappointing experiences, so I will share my last 2. Two months ago I booked my twins for their first facials - all was well until 2 hours before the appointments when I received a call saying that they could ‘accommodate’ one facial but not both?!?!?!? I explained they are twins and it would not be fair to let one have the facial and not the other - no apology, just a ‘well then do you want to cancel the other one’ - very unprofessional.Today, I booked an appointment for a massage online - walked in to find they had double booked the time.These are only 2 experiences, there were others, but I kept thinking it was a one off…these things happen…now I am fed up and have made the choice to not return or to ‘give them another chance’

I visit Hand & Stone regularly for massages, but this time I went in for facials and glad I did. Marjina was amazing! She analyzes your skin type before going on with the treatment you booked. She’s very knowledgeable and expert of what she’s doing! I was pampered and relaxed the whole time! I can’t wait for my next appointment with her.

Very professional, clean environment. All staff are very nice & Sharnele is the best.Went for facial & a couple of treatments. My face felt so clean & refreshed after.

I’ve been coming to see Hassan for over a year here. He is always in a great mood, happy to chat tv shows or whatever you want to dish on, or will give you a peaceful space if you just want to unwind. The massages are the best I’ve ever had, perfect pressure. Never goes short on time, and it’s always the highlight of my week!

I was charged $63 for no service. I cancelled my appt. on the spot because of how I was treated. We have been going to Hand and Stone for years (Oakville and Mississauga locations), but we will never set foot again in Hand and Stone. You gained $63 from me but lost way more that that.The story is: I was a few mins late due to an emergency (which I called ahead to let them know, and apologized, I knew it was going to cut into my time). When I got there they gave me forms to fill (because they couldn't access my information from other Hand and Stone locations). At this point I was no longer interested in what would have worked out to be like a 30 or 35 mins facial, so when I asked if that's the amount of time I would get, the 2 women said yes. So that's when I knew I was leaving. At no point did they offer an extra 5 mins even or even reassured me that they would make sure that I still get a decent facial (it would have gone such a far way, just knowing that they cared).Anyway, they wanted me to fill out forms which they couldn't access from other Hand and Stone locations, however they got my credit card from another loaction without my authorization (this could be fraud right?).I had no issues losing the few mins I was late, what upsets me is how these 2 women treated me. The esthetician said with attitude I have a life

I had the very best experience with Marjina! I got the Classic Facial but what it should be called is the Ultimate and Extraordinary Facial!! Marjina not only gave me the best facial I have ever had but she was also attentive, courteous and made me feel like all my stress was melting away with the additional perks of hand and neck massage! Thank you for taking the time Marjina! I can clearly see that your goal is to provide a relaxing and exceptional experience for your clients! I will be coming back for sure and recommending you a 100%!

Came here for the first time for a hot stone massage, my massage therapist was Olivia. The entire experience was great, and Olivia was very friendly. She also gave me some great advice on how to improve flexibility, and how to improve my posture. I’d definitely recommend coming here to get a massage.

Yesterday, I had an extremely disappointing experience at Hand and Stone in Milton. Despite booking a full arm wax, the esthetician, Sharlene, refused to wax my hands, claiming that their policy only included the upper and forearm. I explained that the hand is part of the arm, citing human anatomy basics and other spa practices. It was frustrating to be met with illogical arguments instead of accommodating service. When I requested a copy of the policy manual, it was not available. Additionally, there was confusion regarding other services, as Sharlene had to consult with colleagues for basic knowledge. The lack of clarity on their website further added to the frustration. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and disappointing. I cannot recommend this salon for waxing services.

My massage therapist (Harjas)) is the best. I go in stressed and tired and come out so relaxing and refreshed and feeling all that stress gone! If I feel like talking- she listens with compassion and kindness. If I feel like being quiet she too gives me that quiet time. Truly a wonderful experience every time. Customer for life!
