Vanderwees Poultry Farms Limited
I once held a very high regard for Vanderwees eggs, big, fresh and hard shells. However, in the past year there have been inconsistencies in their ability to peel when boiled. Their eggs today are impossible to peel when hard boiled. Avoid Vanderwees eggs if you intend to hard boil them. I tried all the tricks including adding salt to the water. These eggs are impossible to peel.
