We had a gret experience with Johnson Walsh. The technician arrived right on time and was able to explain eveything we needed to know about our gas fireplaces. They were so clean after being serviced that despite being over 20 years old looked like new. Would highly recommend this company!

The friendly, professional and knowledgeable service I received from the moment I called Johnson Walsh on the phone (Tara) to the wonderful service technician (Jesse) who fixed my upstairs gas fireplace and took out my downstairs gas fireplace and installed an electric one in it's place was top notch. Top. Notch. Three other local companies in town told me both fireplaces were dead and if I wanted to replace them, there would be substantial renovations and upgrades (to the flooring, to the drywall, to the exterior venting, and the interior venting) required. AKA thousands of dollars and months of a demo mess because I would have to source out my own carpenters, flooring people, drywall people, electricians, etc. Then I made one final call while feeling defeated and frustrated. I asked Johnson Walsh if they did fireplaces. Not only did they have a can-do attitude, they didn't at all make me feel like my questions were stupid in my attempt to get a handle on Fireplaces 101. Jesse was able to get the pilot light back on, on the old beauty of a gas fireplace upstairs and Tara sourced out the right size and style of electric insert to replace the behemoth gas fireplace downstairs. All at a fraction of the time and cost of what would have been done if I didn't go with Johnson Walsh. So happy. No hidden costs tacked on anywhere, excellent service, and two fireplaces fixed. Ready for winter.

Had Johnson Walsh to install a garage heater .Quick to come over to give us the quote and it was was installed soon after.The price was very reasonable and was close to all of the other quotes we had.We were very happy with the job they did and there office personnel when the job was finished.

I had a great experience dealing with J. Walsh. I called regarding a 40 Gallon gas hot water tank, (my existing one was getting old). Tara quoted me on the phone and said they could replace my existing one the next day. Johnny the installer was professional and great to deal with. I wasn't happy with the way our current gas line was run before we bought the house but Johnny re-routed the gas line at my request and made access to the back of my furnace room so much better! I purchased a GMG pellet grille from JW a few years ago and last September ordered replacement parts through JW I received first the wrong parts. The parts were reordered and I followed up on them a few times and told they were back ordered, I continued to follow up with the final 2 times my request for an update on the parts was ignored. I waited 5-1/2 months on JW with no success. I finally wrote an email to GMG who has sent part of the order and is currently responding on the final part.Ferguson equipment in Kamloops is happy to provide GMG service and parts.

I can not recommend Johnson Walsh enough! I emailed for a central A/C quote Monday morning, Jaime was here Monday afternoon, Tara emailed me the quote 2 hours later and the installation was done Wednesday morning. During this heat wave the service I received from Johnson Walsh was nothing short of miraculous!

The plumber was awesome. It was on the weekend and we were paying overtime. he worked fast and was very polite. he explained the problem and told us how to avoid future situations. excellent service and well priced for the situation we will definitely use them next time 5 stars definitely.

Amazing service. I had called to see if I could get a quote for a new furnace. Not only did they give me a quote, the owner came the same day I called to do up the quote. Said they could be there in 2 hours. Wow amazing service. Took all the info and I had the quote within a couple hours. Then said yes when can you install. And a week later it was done. Again the owner and two others did the install. Very clean and professional. Very polite and respectful. Definitely recommend this company.
