The whole team from receptionist to trades was great- courteous, friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. The installed system is up and running without glitches. Rachael was extremely helpful with the grant/rebate paperwork. The quality of the workmanship appears to be top notch and, a week in, the equipment is performing perfectly and quietly.

It took quite awhile to get them out to check my furnace which had stopped and then to apply for a heat pump, with Christmas and the usual delays in supplies these days and the busy time for cold weather but when it arrived they were very professional, friendly and seem to have done a great job. It took two days because of extra adjustments they had to make for the conversion in my home. I hope a heat pump was the best solution for my home. Time will tell. Adam was very helpful to me as I considered the options. The office manager was very quick to apply for my rebate too. It apparently will take up to 3 months to come but will be appreciated when it gets here!

Installation was done while both my spouse and I were working from home. Installers were unobtrusive during installation, minimum interruption. Also explained the use of the system quite well.

Aerotherm is a very professional company. Tyler explain every option available when doing the quote and answer any and all questions I had. I got the quote emailed to me in a within the time frame that I was told. The quote was very detailed and explained everything. The questions I did have were answered very quickly by Rachael (Office Manager). After I paid the deposit I was given an install date. As the date of install approached I got an email confirming the date and time. The guys were here right on time on the day of install. The install went very smoothly. When the were done the install they explained how everything work and answered any questions I had. After the install was complete I paid the remainder of the bill & Rachael completed the rebate form and submitted them form me. I cant say enough about the people that work for this company. Everyone is very professional and good at what they do. I would highly recommend Aerotherm to anyone. You will not be dissapointed.

Great company, excellent staff, and great customer service. Installation was completed in one day. Installers were professional, knowledgable and explained to my husband & I all the options on running our new units.

Aerotherm installed a heat pump for us. They provided education about why a heat pump would be a good replacement for our forced air electric furnace and they explained clearly how a heat pump works.All the people from Aerotherm including Tyler (owner), Rachael in the office and the installers were very friendly and professional.

Aerotherm installed our HVAC system in our home years ago when it was first built and we have enjoyed years of trouble free operation. A recent hiccup with an exterior censor left us without AC during an unseasonably hot spell but they managed to squeeze us in and took care of everything promptly, professionally - and under warranty. Their service tech, Adam, was a pleasure to deal with and took the time to give us some additional information to ensure continued smooth operations. Highly recommended!
