We booked 3 cottages in july 2022. From Sunday evening until Monday noon.Rooms & washroom were clean, bedding were clean, pots and cutlery were ok and small appliances were in working order.Honey and the Filipino manager both were very helpful and friendly.Gas BBQ were all workingBoating options were all available to rent.Multiple Fire pits are available but you have to buy your wood or take it with you which is cheaperOffice and lunch room were under some work not much of a view but still one side of lunch room was all set. We took the food with us therefore no idea about how the food might be.

I went last week with my family. We like the resort very much. The rooms were clean and the kitchen had all the utensils and a big fridge. The lake is close to the resort and has a nice fishing spot, breathtaking views and a huge deck right in front of the lake. The resort has a canoe, kayak and paddle boat. We rented the canoe. There is also a restaurant in the resort. A BBQ machine was also available on the deck and we did bbq in the evening for dinner. There was also a sitting area in front of lake. We enjoyed it a lot. There is a Algonquin National Park within 2 to 3 km of resort. The staff of the resort was friendly. It was an amazing trip and we are also planning to visit there soon.

We had a great time! Lot of fun things to do, huge deck, canoeing, close to algonquin park and ragged falls. Clean rooms and good service. Staff were also very nice and helped find my bracelet that I lost. Will definitely come again!

I booked a hotel 2 weeks ago for a 2 night stay. When we arrived (not to mention it was a 3 hour drive), we couldn't get anywhere close to the hotel because the entire hotel property had snow up to our noses. They said the snow was left on their parking lot and everywhere else on their property since a snow storm quite a while ago. They also said they didn't know what to do about it. They didn't even notify us about this problem ahead of time! They didn't even give me my money back! Waste if money and time, and mind you, even gas!

Room was clean and was available last minute. Lake view is nice cause you can open the back door out into the lake area and that's really calming. We didn't eat there cause it was closed (timing for dining are too short)There was hot water, fridge and a microwave. WiFi was slow but ok. It's right on highway 60 so convenient to drive to your trek. Plenty of parking and you can see happy canoers along the lake.I would recommend for a decent stay.

I was very disappointed. The location is great and the view was also nice but that's about the good thing about my stay. Customer service was lacking and didn't feel welcoming. The room was totally clean. The water in the shower, toilet and sink had a tinge yellow to it. The French doors seal was falling off so there were small bugs crawling in the room from under the door. The outside patio to the room was rough and looked like it hadn't been taken care of since last year or before. The AC unit had so much dust on it, I was scared to turn it on. TV wouldn't turn on. The walls and floors not sound proof at all. I could hear way to much of the noisy neighbour's yelling, walking around and banging things at 12am. Restaurant not open long enough. Dinner only consisted of 2 items. Prices for meals way overpriced! I wouldn't come back here again. Read the reviews. If I had done that, I wouldn't have chosen this once to stay for 2 nights.

A nice place to relax and enjoy the Mother Nature. We have been to this resort three years in a row and always having a good time. The rooms have been upgraded and nice and clean. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. We took our food with us so no idea about the restaurant. They also let you BBQ your own food. I would like to recommend others.

**Warning! Do Not Drink The Water**My husband and I frequently stay in the Hunstville area, we have a trailer in Dwight and so after our last stay in a Hunstville motel, I thought we could change it up a bit. Unfortunately, this was not a change for the better. I must say, I was astonished! The pathway to our room was NOT cleared, I pray the person who changed the linens was just losing their hair because we found 5 hairs throughout the bedding, the bed was horrible, squeeked and could feel all the springs, felt like it was soo old and worn out!! The baseboard heater has wires visible and would clang throughout the night.. I truly don't remember a worse sleep. The motel in Huntsville has better beds and I didn't think that was possible. People are coming here to SLEEP! WHY aren't linens and mattresses of the utmost importance to hotel/motel owners?!!! The water was NOT DRINKABLE! I would have been ok with having to bring my own water to drink, but nothing was said! No individually wrapped plastic cups like in other motels, even the cheapest ones, which tends to let me believe they know their water is gross/potentially dangerous to drink. How can you not provide guests with potable water?!! Water came out of the taps brown! Not just initially, to perhaps clear out the taps from lack of use, the water was ran for a while and consistently brown!BRING YOUR OWN WATER!!I WAS TRULY DISAPPOINTED! The room was clean, mostly updated. But does that matter when the most valuable life source is non-existent?? We were soo thirsty by the morning. The disappointing factor is that nothing will change. They'll post their message that is the same for every complaint. And it's clear by their menu" they Don't want you to eat here. Plain omlet with brown toast $15.99..Omlet with cheese and brown toast $16.99.. what are these prices?! Lol Not worth a penny to stay here. And that's a shame."

I and my colleagues stayed for 3 days in multiple cottages and rooms. We had an amazing time, there was a huge deck we had a BBQ on, went canoeing, and went to rugged falls a beautiful spot at a few minutes drive.Staff was cooperative and helpful, rooms were clean and the kitchen in the cottages was very convenient. The halal food options were also very much appreciated by me and my other Muslim colleagues. We are all planning to visit again.
