This is the cutest little Starbucks I’ve ever seen. I took a Iced Honey Flat white with cold foam, I do not recommend, the honey is not good and it is overpowering the taste of the coffee.

Cashier was not very well trained. I asked her why it’s $2 more for a drink I regularly order and she said because it’s in an ONRoute location. I checked my receipt and she charged me for blonde espresso when I asked to replace regular espresso to blonde espresso. Her colleague refunded me for the difference.

Not very friendly, seemed like we were a burden being there. Took 3 attempts to make my simple caramel frapp. Should send the staff for some customer service training

Terrible customer service. Closed the store early in the evening and refused to give us a drink (just asked for 1 drink) for my little kid. Closing time is 7:00pm, they closed the blenders and cashier at 6:55pm despite making drinks for themselves with no other customers present. Disappointed to see this service.

Newly built starbucks that looked really promising for a rest stop with outdoor seating. However the service was extremely slow and disorganized. Ordered a tea and a breakfast sandwich…which for some reason took over 15mins to prepare. Nobody was at the drive thru and people ordering at the takeout window seemed to get their food/drinks in completely random orders…

Visit September 5th, 2022. Drive-though location with a walk-up window and outdoor seating area.Order prompt and staff were professional. Food items ordered tasty and coffee, as always were great.

Waited 15 minutes for 2 coffee and they didn’t even give us the right order. They told the customers that they prioritize the drive-through first. Never stopping here again worst service received at a Starbuck

They only sell drinks, no mugs. As a traveller, its kinda sad and disappointing that the Starbucks dont have mugs of that place (for example, Toronto, Canada etc)
