Cambria Gallery Toronto

I went to Cambria Gallery not coz of shopping for anything. I went there for the Gusto 54 Catering x #JoJoinstameets event. I never heard of Cambria Gallery before until attending this event. That's when I realized Cambria Gallery is not an Art Gallery but a store that sells high-end marbles, quartz, kitchen interior design and other goodies. I think whoever at Cambria Gallery who suggested to rent of its space should get a raise, coz it's not only generate new revenue to the store but a great way to promote its store. It's a great cross-promotion. If I didn't go to a Gusto 54 Catering event, I wouldn't know about Cambria. And when you are at the event, you can't stop going through the showrooms and admire the interior kitchen designs and get some inspiration about kitchen. When I think of upgrading my kitchen in the future or if I know my friends are looking for kitchen design, now I can refer them to Cambria Gallery. Best yet, there are parking spaces behind the store. And even if you have to pay, its only $3 flate rate after 6:00 pm, which is dirt cheap in Toronto parking standards. And also let me add that Cambria Gallery also rent out its board room space, this is particularly useful for companies who don't have a big space or boardrooms that can fit a large groups of people or require a more upscale space. Ask the staff about booking a boardroom and its rate.

I worked at the cambria fabrication facility and after getting my first review was told I would be receiving a raise. Long story short after a few m9nths and me asking very respectfully why I DID NOT receive my Raise I quit after explaining to my supervisor that I could not afford to work there anymore. Recently I saw the whole management team, including higher ups from the United states, while I was out for dinner. Letting bygones be bygones, I smiled and tried to say hello, I received eye rolls and sighs as if I had let THEM down somehow. Goes a long way in showing you the core values of the company as a whole.

Janet Crawford, the Gallery manager, is amazing! We were so confused about selecting the countertops for our new home. Janet helped us with her knowledge and patience. She has an amazing eye for the colours and she reads Clients very well, patiently guiding you to make the right choice. She knows Cambria very well and she knows how to combine the various kinds of counters. There are complimentary parking spots behind the store. It was a great experience!

Lawrence and Ajay were very efficient, friendly and cleaned up when they were finished.I love my new countertop couldn't be happier.Brittany the salesperson at the Toronto location was knowledgeable, friendly and professional.I would recommend this company when you build your dream kitchen.Thank you.

I install Cambria and the product is always chippy on the profiles and the polish is garbage our company always has to redo it on site . We usually have to trim every single piece and trim seams because non of it ever fits to whatever it is these bums measure .

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I have the Cambria Black Pool Matte. Worst counter and material ever. Everything you do leaves marks on the counter. I've had the company come to clean several times and every time the staining gets worse. I was told by customer service that my issues are due to customer misuse". I didn't know that using your kitchen counter for food and cooking constituted misuse. I was also told that the markings are because the counter is black and matte. No where does the company say their counters are easy to clean unless they are black and matte! I spilled a mixture of egg and water on the counter over 3 weeks ago and all the spill spots are still there even though I clean the counter multiple times a day. We have to keep coasters and boards all over the counter to minimize the staining and spotting. Do not waste your money on this company. Worst customer service ever too!!"

My experience has been that the hours the Cambria store is open are actually Mon-Fri: 9am – 6pm and Sat-Sun: 11am – 4pm.Beautiful, first class materials. A major improvement over anything mother nature has produced.

Bought this brand for my new kitchen contertops, within one month of nothing happening to it by anyone it chips, fast forward a year, chips everwhere. Do yourself a favour and stick with granite for a stone countertop. Cambria quartz looks terrible.

If you want to see the “Rolls-Royce” of quartz, go to the Cambria Gallery in Toronto! You can see all the designs in a wonderful atmosphere and choose designs that will make your room design pop in your style. Brittany Rebelo - Gallery Coordinator was very informative, helpful, and friendly while giving us all the time we needed without any strong sales pitch. We travelled 2 ½ hours to go to the design centre and it was worth it, we had our choices that went well together picked out in less than an hour. Now we will choose a fabricator to finish the process.

Deeply regret going with this horrible product. We saved for so long and opted to go with Cambria vs granite or any other stone. We were fooled by the stunning product that easily gets chipped by simply unloading the dishwasher. Underneath the stone was not finished or smoothed and is rough to the touch and could even cut if not careful. Very very disappointed. Never again would I get this horrible product that costs 3x’s the price of granite or quartz.
