Absolutely terrible business, avoid if you can! Last year we went to pick up our order (just a couple pins, nothing complicated) in person and had to wait 40 minutes for them to put the order together. This year we tried delivery, we ordered a month in advance. A week before we absolutely needed them I called them (number in their email doesn't work, not sure why they don't update it but phone number in their Google profile works). The person I spoke to promised they would send it in a couple days. The day before the event I left a voicemail, didn't get a call back. The day of the event i still haven't received them.
