I've lived here since Jan 2005. I have enjoyed living here. 20 min walk to any grocery store in any direction. On a major bus route. Huge sports field across the street to play in. Buttertubs Marsh is behind us to walk around. Bowen park is right across the street with great trails.I have only had a few issues with vandals. Had my car broken into once, our truck a few times.I've never been harrassed by anyone. Strata is a bit of a stickler about things, but that is to expected.

This building suffered vandalism for many years, being closer to the street. The management won't install cameras, whereas doing many other projects, until after the RCMP advises
