Seasonal Blooms Farm Fresh Flowers

In this day and age when so many retailers are overworked or short on staff, it's hard to experience shopping in a positive way, especially when you are thousands of kilometers away.In Salmon Arm, there was a friend/ family Celebration of Life. Unfortunately due to timing, distance and expenses we were unable to attend in person so we decided to send a thoughtful understated flower arrangement to this event. We thought that as soon as we contacted Seasonal Blooms, the hard part was done. As Covid has taught us, the hits just keep coming when you least expect them.We had the wrong address, the phone number had been disconnected and all this happened on the same day as the Celebration of Life so there was no way to contact anyone.Morag contacted me explaining the problem about why the flower delivery couldn't be completed. As it turned out she knew a person who knew another person" et al. Long story short

Wow, that’s all I can say. Morag made my day when she called me back. I called every flower shop near Squilax anglemont road to have some flowers delivered. Everyone said they couldn’t but not Morag. She was amazing to deal with and the bouquet was breathtaking. If you are looking for flowers in the Salmon Arm area give Seasonal Blooms a call. I highly recommend them.

Morag went above and beyond any reasonable expectations in both the quality of her flower arrangements, and the level of customer service provided. I'd certainly give her more stars if I could, but five will have to do. Thanks again, it was a real pleasure doing business with you!

I have never sent my mother flowers before (I'm now 40.) So I really wanted to do it this year, and I was nieve for leaving it to the last minute. Morning of Mother's Day. Oops! Morag was more than happy to help me out, and was a real pleasure to deal with. She sent me a photo of the bouquet and the unique card I asked her to write for me... I was blown away.
