They've installed a charger in my building last month. It took them about a week to link the charger to my account (they couldn't see the working charger!!!).Since then in about a month my charger stopped working 2 times, they don't see any problem on their end (their system looks like it was taken from the USSR- they don't see my name liked to it, they don't see what router i have & if it has problems, they don't know if my charger is public or not, i wonder if their system was a 1st year project of some student) & it takes them several days to send someone to deal with it.I wish I would never heard of them.

Customer service is very slow to respond. Takes 3-4 days for someone to email a response but the answer they give is not what is requested.

Had a charger bought and installed by Meo Electric. Everything went well, and the electricians were extremely experienced, making possible to fish the wire without having to drill a single whole in my house, even though I have the whole basement finished. I definitely recommend Meo Electric.
