I booked an appt for my 3 year old son via Tia health and saw Dr.Yung, he is so kind and after detailed interview suggested to bring him in. He was able to squeeze us in the morning and saw him in person. Any parent can relate getting a sick child seen is so difficult these days, I am so grateful for getting care so quickly. It truly shows what a caring doctor he is.

While the doctors are very good, esp. Dr. Vostrestova, the clinic overburdens them and the office staff.Frequent mistakes and errors by clinic staff result in frustration and waste of patients’ time.

Totally terrible experience, Dr.Stanislav Romashin has ugly attitude and discrimination, the way he talks was rude and unacceptble.If you don't know how to treat patients properly or even can't talk like a normal person, just quit the job and stop hurting other people.YOU ARE NOT WORTH A TITLE TO BE CALLED A DOCTOR!!The worst Clinic ever, trash place and terrible doctor!!

The doctor is excellent in all aspects, if I can rate just the doctor I would give FULL stars. However, as a senior, online booking it is extremely challenging and NOT senior friendly in anyway. Yes, telephone booking is an option but this service has gone down hill since online booking has been made available. From being on hold for less than 2-3min to being on hold for 25 - 30 min until my call is answered by a receptionist. Please be considerate of your senior patients and patient care and not phase out the telephone booking as this is the ONLY option they have to access their doctors for their health as majority are not tech savvy, computer illiterate or know enough English to book online.

The office give a telephone appointment at 5 PM & 5:15 PM for myself and daughter but the MD didn’t call. At 5:40 pm I called the office, while waiting for someone to answer, there was incoming call from same number and tried to answer. The receptionist told that we missed the MD’s call and I told we have been waiting and can talk to the MD now but the receptionist said the MD will be off soon.Your time is precious and so your clients. Don’t ever give an appointment if you can’t accommodate us! It’s already a telephone consultation yet very hard it happen.

After calling 811, they recommended well health to book a virtual appointment as there was no wait time for it. I do understand why. Doctor wasn't even listening, keep cutting me. Just wanted to get done with the call. 811 nurse was much more helpful and was more trying to understand what is wrong then the doctor suppose to help. It was just waste of time.

This place is severely short staffed and being run very inefficiently. Tried numerous attempts to book an virtual appointment (that’s all you get as a new patient) for my elderly parent as a new patient over the phone and in person and was unsuccessful. Phone was always busy, you couldn’t get through. Check in line is always long. Waited for about 20 minutes every time just to find out the doctor is booked for the day. They don’t take waitlist. You can’t book for a future day. Very primitive technology in society today where internet has been around for more than 20 years. Even with minimum technologies, there’s paper and forms they could have provided to the patients to fill out. They are not even trying to help the patients in need. As a healthcare professional myself, I empathize the frontline staffs and understand the shortage that we are facing today. You need to utilize technology and find a better work flow to help the community, especially seniors in your area.

Nobody picks up phone, staffing errors in sending info and cannot get ahold of anyone to have to fixed. Extremely unprofessional. Bad experiences everytime needed a walk in clinic.

I have really good experience with this clinic for my blood test referral. Really helpful for a new patient. I give four stars because the blood test I got doesn't contain the data I need. It was my first time doing this, I don't know alot of things . May be I didn't tell the doctor what I want to request exactly. The overall experience is pleasant.

I have very positive experience with the receptionists and Dr. Yung of Richmond clinic. The waiting time of in-person appointment is approx. 5 to 8 minutes of the booking time, which is very reasonable compared to at least 30-minute waiting time for most Lab tests! Dr. Yung is very friendly; he cares about patients and does follow my situation constantly. I trust the clinic and think I'm in good hands.
