Crowfoot Hyundai

I had travel plans and then realized my air conditioning was not working properly. Crowfoot Hyundai was able to get my 2022 Sante Fe Preferred in within a couple days. Mitch, my service advisor and met me outside, apologized for the wait and started getting my vehicle information. Once in the side the bay he explained what going to be done most likely covered by warranty work and reminded me I had a recall on my vehicle and they would check it as well. He was friendly and happy, most of knowledgeable. He offered me a courtesy ride but I had my dog Tank with me so I was walking. We went in the dealership and met with a Whitney the Customer Service Manager, who cheerfully welcomed us offered us both water. She made sure I knew what was being done and because I had an appointment later that afternoon she would speak to the service guys and offered my a courtesy drive to the appt if needed. Mitch called a couple hours with information on the air conditioning problem and assured me it was covered by warranty and the car would be ready shortly. My vehicle was ready within 3 hours and both Whitney and Mitch called me offered me courtesy service ride back to the dealership. When I picked up the car Whitney went over everything with me came out to the car to make sure everything was working great and to my satisfaction. This was the best customer service experience I had the pleasure of receiving. Prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service from Mitch in the service advisor area to service mechanics to Whitney in Customer service and as well the way other people working there talking and greeting you makes you feel welcome like Hyundai family!

You never expect to have your car not work when you need it too especially in -30 degree weather during the holidays. I was able to get all the help I needed at Crowfoot Hyundai. I called first thing in morning was upset and distressed and didn't know what to do. Jacky was amazing and assures me if I could get there they could help me right away. Brook in parts let me know the part was in stock and the cost. Leanne was quick to help me and point me to the right person. Faye was great at answering questions while I was waiting. Carter was great and letting me know the process and potentially helping me get in to a newer car. I was done very fast and was never worried. When all was ready to go Whitney Shillito the Customer Service Manager was kind and did a great job giving me all the information and recap my experience and made sure i was happy and felt valued. I then find out when Whitney was taking payment, that Jacky had given me a discount that was unexpected and saved me money at this time of year. I can't say enough. I will continue to be a client here and am happy to share with others just how great my experience was.

I throughly amazed by the great service of Hyundai Crowfoot today. I had an appointment for my first maintenance Hyundai Venue 2022 schedule today. Everything went smooth as planned. I picked up my car even sooner than expected and benefited from shuttle service. Thank you for the great service.

Hyundai Crowfoot Service was exceptional. I bought my vehicle there and have it serviced there for past 3 years. They have a customer service shuttle available for customers requiring lifts to and from the premises as requested. Lately I had my vehicle in for an oil change and a bronze clean. We had our Hyundai towed from Canmore to Crowfoot Hyundai to respond to a warranty issue (knock sensor). Diana in the service department did an amazing job keeping us updated through the whole process and advocated on our behalf. Super helpful and understanding of our situation. Thank you!

Admittedly I had my vehicle picked out before going, just needed to verify it was as advertised. Still when shopping around I'd noticed a few used vehicles they had that were a good deal relative to other dealers. I needed help rushing through the purchase at 2pm on Dec 23rd so I could take the vehicle on a road trip. The team at crowfoot, Tony and Joe bent over backwards to get new winter tires on it and have it ready for me to drive away right away. Excellent experience and I would recommend to anyone.

I haven't had such amazing service until I started to go to Crowfoot Hyundai for my vehicle's appointments. The mechanics are very kind and attentive and Whitney made me feel very welcome and comfortable as I had my vehicle serviced. They are very transparent and helpful and I feel like a very well taken care of and valued customer!

My experience was excellent. Kristy in service was ready and waiting when I drove in, the shuttle ride was timely, the work on my vehicle was completed very quickly. They even reset the clock, which I hadn't had a chance to do! The pickup shuttle was also very timely. Whitney in service is very customer oriented. She contacted me the day after to ensure I had no issues or concerns. I purchased my vehicle at this location in Dec 2019 and would recommend it to anyone looking to replace their vehicle.
