Les Centres Dentaires VIVA - Vaudreuil

Aweful place. They canceled my dauhhters apt 15 min before. I have to drive from out of town because Carla moved her office from cornwall to vaudreil so I was already therr when tney cancelled. They said I didn't confirm. I didn't receive a confirmation. They laughed at me and said how are you getting this phone call then". They literally laughed at me. I also told them they shouldn't cancel my apt without talking to me first. Not to mention Carla said my daughter's teeth would take two yrs to fix and it's been over 7.yrs. she is never available and often cancels. After all these years and money and time my daughter needs braces again because they took too long. I have made many complaints to Carla about this issue. We acted over a month just to pick up a retainer for them to cancel.15.min before. I will be taking this complaint further due to all.the money and time t hey wasted. Not to.mention abusive behaviors."

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They took the time to explain everything to us in detail and the dentist (Sara) was very gentle and made sure we were not uncomfortable at any point. Highly recommend viva dentaire!

Everytime I go to this dentist I'm never disappointed. They treat you with respect and care. Very understanding and gentil too. Definitely would recommend. They were the only dentist who took me when I had a dental emergency too.

The staff was very patient and detailed while cleaning. Dentist suggestion at the end of the session added more clarity and future precautions. I would recommend this dentist, been going there for 3 yrs now

Last experience, just cleanning, make me decide to change. This after years being theier client. The hygienist was not the one in my file. Was replaced at my appoiment by a total unprofessional one. .they should screen better their hygienists if want to keep their clients.I do not recomand them.

Very professional and friendly staff. Dr Ohadi and Dr Dreige are amazing drs and an amazing team. We’ve been with them for few years and always had great care. With our last emergency, with on going covid, they did everything they could to attend and helped us out tremendously! Thank you for your amazing care we are forever grateful for what you do!

Have been client of Dr Dreige for some years. Had previous bad experience with dentists so that I had a very hard time being relaxed with a dentist but that has changed completely! With Dr Dreige and team am always in good hands, professional, quick, efficient and effective. I recommend.

I never recieved a call to confirm my appointment, so I ended up calling them the day of to make sure everything was ok. For them to then tell me my appointment is canceled after waiting months. They said they tried to call me but turns out they had the wrong number, yet I've had the same number for YEARS. Then they said they would call me back asap with another appointment. NEVER DID. I had to call them. Sadly this is not the first experience of this kind. They are extremely disorganized. Cannot find an appointment with a dentist and hygenist on the same day. They make you book multiple appointments for something that could have been done in a single visit. They asked me to come back for an additional cleaning when I was already there for a cleaning? ...Never heard of such a thing in my life. They also try to add on extra fees or services you did not ask for. AVOID THIS PLACE
