This review is pertaining to my experience at the Bathurst/College parking lot. Location is convenient however the employee working at this site is an ignorant individual. Charges higher than standard parking rate, accepts only cash and is extremely rude about it. Save yourself the headache and park elsewhere. I would have rather received a parking ticket then deal with this person again.Note to employee: Don't treat everyone as if they are under the influence.

The service was exceptional. I called the help desk to ask a question and they picked up right away! The gentleman was so helpful and kind. Truly is 24hr service!!

Quite surprised how properly run this business is overall but specifically the parking lot locations. Very clean and neat. Needed help as I was at one of their locations and 1 phone call to the authorized number and it was all taken care of. That is when I learnt they cover other things such as asphalting , snow cleaning etc. Guys are about their work. RECOMMENDED!

I stopped at their other location at 2346 Yonge St. I had to drop a book at the library Saturday morning, and actually didn’t realize that it was a parking lot. Another passenger was still in my car. When I came back after 5 min of stop, the parking guy came to me yelling and threatening that I would get $40.00 ticket. Terrible experience! No warning when I stopped and left a car, and he should have come to my car and talk to passenger, and we would re-park my car right away..
