I would not recommend this firm at all. They charge for ridiculous things such as Talking to colleagues" as a form of "doing work". They constantly increase their invoice without any reason or work completed. - STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!"

Booking a consultation with the intake team was easy and straight forward. Communication was quick and I was able to obtain a consultation very quickly with Susanna Crichlow.Before the call had even happened I was impressed with the forms and information that was requested before the call. I was very happy to learn that Susanna took the time prior to the call to read over them. It automatically made me feel like my matter was important.The call was extremely helpful, Susanna is a very compassionate listener and person. She made me feel heard and supported even though this was just a consultation.
