Culligan water softener has been a huge disappointment for us. System was installed and our pipes now knock and make noise inside the walls. At 2am when the system re-generates the pipes knock, making sleep impossible. This is a newer house that never had any issues with the plumbing prior to culligan installing their equipment. Pami is refusing to resolve the problem, and the only option left is to remove the unit completely. Pami was very defensive and somewhat rude. He is a salesman, and once the sale is made, there is no customer service to be had from him. Avoid these guys, the product doesn't work well, installers are not plumbers, and Pami does not understand customer service

We have had a great experience with Culligan from the initial contact. Pami was so helpful and courteous and answered all our questions. The installation team was great and left everything neat and tidy. We have noticed a big difference in our water, less soap etc being used and no spots or stains on bathroom and kitchen fixtures. We decided to opt for the WiFi add on and Pami arranged and installed this very quickly and at the same did a water test which showed no water hardness whatsoever. It has been a pleasure doing business with Pami and Culligan and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very Satisfied. I have been doing business with Culligan for several years through my business for tank less water systems. At home I have recently set up a water softener and a reverse osmosis system. We did a complete gut of our home, Pami was very accommodating when we wanted to centralize all water systems in our basement where our main water entrance is. No more dry skin, no more spots on our shower doors, no more calcium marks in coffee makers etc and best of all great tasting drinking water. Do not hesitate, best thing you can do for your family.

He was super informative and took the time to explain in details but not make it boring to the point we miss information. Very resourceful and appreciate the time spent. Also, a big shout out to Marty who came to install. Another professional individual who did a neat job in installing the tanks under our stairs away from our view and also explained its functions. We were completely charmed" by our Salesperson back then and found out the product we were recommended and purchased was not right for us. After many failed attempts at fixing the water issues with their technician

I got this systems that was suppose to get rid of the smell of sulfer. Payed 8000$ with a guarantee the sulfer smell would be completely gone. Not only the smell is still there but even there tech guy said they gave me the wrong system and culligan doesn't want to change it. Its bassically to bad for you after the sell is done. Also good luck with getting someone to come see the system for maintenance. Never again, i don't recommend this company to no one.

We really love our new water softener and above all the great service we received. Pami was amazing! He took time to explain everything thoroughly. We were left without a power for about 12 hours during the storm which affected the programming. So when the wash cycle started in the unusual time it got us worried and we started contacting Pami. He went above and beyond his duties calling us back at 10PM on Friday and helping us to reprogram the water softener!

I called for delivery pricing yesterday and asked politely for pricing.I was greeted with parlez vous Francais?". I said "do you speak English?" He said "non"I guess they feel they're more important than the customers they serve and by the way

November 1, 2019.Last spring, I had a Medalist Water softener installed in my recently built house. From the get go, I felt confident Culligan could offer me what I needed in terms of water softener and eliminate the limestone build up. Initially inquired with 3 companies. Was offered reverse osmosis which was a very costly and complicated system that would take up a lot of space, 2nd company did not bother to show up and finally the Culligan representative took the time to explain their system and answer all my questions.Not sure if I can say the rep’s name but I will identify him as Mr. Z. who came to my house a couple of times suggested to have the system that best suited my needs installed out of the way. The team scheduled the installation and this was done in a timely fashion. I then felt I was sparing all my appliances (fridge, washer, hot water tank as well as all the faucets) from the limestone buildup.All this being said, 6 months down the road, I have found a huge difference. No more limestone buildup anywhere and my shower glass door/panels are nice and shiny.I apologize for the lengthy message but I was one of the Hydro customers without power (fortunately only 14 hours) but later on, I heard water running in the basement. Quick investigation made me realize the water was continuously running in my water softener. I admit, I panicked. Didn’t know how to fix that (not mechanically inclined and did not find answers in the instruction book nor on the internet). I called Mr. Z. and although it was Saturday, he returned my call within minutes. In my humble opinion, this is beyond the call of duty and I appreciated his taking personal time to reassure me and guide me. Within 1 hour, everything was back to normal.If you need a water softener, I highly recommend Culligan for the quality of their product and service.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ask for Pami he is amazing! The whole process was easy and headache free from my end. Pami took care of me from A-Z. I just get to enjoy filtered water for the whole house that no longer smells of chlorine!
